New Hotel Collection Harbourside

Our experience was great Mariah Seary was very thoroughly explaining where to find keys we got in late.The room was very clean and comfortable had a very nice view of ocean. Mariah was very helpful and if we needed anything she was fast and to take any thing we needed like more towels and and pillows. Definitely will be staying again there on our next vacation. Thank you for great service and accommodations.

This hotel was amazing. From the location to the amenities . And the view we had. And dealing with Mariah was so awesome . She was very knowledgeable about area and things to do for families. And helped with all concerns and needs. Would definitely stay here again especially with the customer service we received from Mariah and all the maintenance staff from getting us new towels and pillows within minutes. And the waterpark was so much fun for my 3 year old . The room was clean and bathtub was amazing . I can’t wait to bring my family back to Florida and this will be where we stay for sure . And I will definitely recommend it to all friends and family who is traveling to area. Also it was walkable to beach and so many restaurants and shopping.

We had a one bedroom on the 4th floor. The unit was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the water park. Not exactly my cup of tea but not terrible. The only complaint I have is that the neighbors in the lockout room was noisy. You could hear everything they said. Jim at the Rci desk was very polite and helpful. There is a trolley that o Lu cost $5 per day for 4 people. That’s a bargain. It will take you all the way from Clearwater to st Pete. Get on and off as much as you want. I would highly recommend that considering I paid $45 to park at John’s pass. Don’t make that mistake. At any rate the unit was clean and well stocked. No issues at all. You do however have to pay an extra activity fee at check in if $30-$40 per day whether or not you use points or weeks. So bare that in mind. The water park is an extra fee. It is not free. I hope this helps in planning your visit.

This resort is very old and needs a lot of TLC. Our 2 bedrooms had several things wrong with it. I don't understand why we entered thru the bedroom instead of the hallway where the kitchen was. The unit definitely needs a more thorough cleaning, we turned on the ceiling fan and the dust balls flew out, there was a distinct odor, very outdated rooms. Here are several things wrong with our unit, broiler door on the oven was hanging off, refrigerator shelf falls off with one bottle of water on it, there was a spider in one of the beds, flickering light in the kitchen, shower tub filled 1/2 the tub with one person showering, bathroom facet drips continuously. There is not enough parking. The most absurd thing is we had to pay to go to the pool which is in the waterpark, we only got 2 free passes to the waterpark and we are a family of 4. When we want to use the pool we have to pay $22.50 each person and per day, ridiculous. If we didn't want to pay, we have to go after 6pm. We checked out after 2 days. I do have to say, the staff was very friendly and it was an easy check in/out.

Staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. Especially Josh, Rafael, Adel, Amy and Kayleigh. The Water park is awesome, unfortunately, we haven’t been able to enjoy much of it due to lightning warnings. The property could use a little upgrading but the staff makes it up for it.

This is a great location, particularly for families who want to enjoy the water park. The rooms are very clean and the staff is attentive and helpful. I liked having the Tiki bar available too, and the staff was very accommodating there as well. There is security access to the elevators, so I felt safe on the property. On the downside, there is very limited designated parking, and so you have to get lucky with a space in the small parking lot or find a spot on the street. I got the last spot available on my night there, and it was late when I got back to the property and I didn't want to have to search for a space and walk by myself in the dark. The property sits on top of a large parking garage, so I'd recommend they carve out a few more spots for their hotel guests. Also, the only TV available was streaming on my own accounts; I would have appreciated a few cable TV stations. And my room was connected to another room (although locked), the noise from the people in that room other room was loud. Sine there is no staff available on site after 10 pm, there was no one who could address the problem. The room was fine, but the furniture needs updating.
