Luxury Three Bedrooms with King bed Suitable for Long-term Stay in Downtown Indy

Lovely apartment and great manager Although the apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived and the entry instructions we not delivered to me by VRBO, everything went well with the manager. He was great!

Details Make the Difference Apartment was clean and set above the parking spaces. The key in the garage had a proximity sensor to open the gate. This was not obvious at first. Only one set of keys was available, which made arrival at different times a challenge.There was one parking space on site, and it was very tight for even a medium SUV. The other space was on the street, not in the lot.The host was responsive, as there was an issue that needed immediate resolution.The two floor apartment had ample space for beds, and reasonable bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Unfortunately, the locked gate outside one of the bedrooms scraped the concrete every time it was opened or closed very loudly, and traffic was also heavy most of the night.This is not a location for light sleepers. However, there are restaurants nearby and it is a 5 min drive to campus.The host did allow us to checkin an hour early.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was much bigger than we were expecting and the location was great and had so much in walking distance. I'd say the main downside was the master bedroom. Our first night of sleeping there was rough as there are no curtains on the windows so the room is way brighter than I'm used to and the bed squeaked anytime you moved. We went and bought sleeping masks and some WD40 (to fix the metal bed frame) and the rest of the trip was much better.
