"Spacious room with fridge, newly revamped, parking right in front of the door. Swimming pool was nice and cool in this very warm weather. Very friendly receptionist and easy check-in, however breakfast was rather disappointing (therefore rating for service only 3 stars)."

"We love staying here when visiting Fantasy Springs Casino. It's less crowded and quiet. The only thing is that it's a hit and miss with their service. The last time i stayed, everyone was so nice. This time, not so much. The breakfast area wasn't refreshed as it should, cold stuff. It used to be so much better! The lady started taking everything out one 930 hit. On the dot. It seriously isn't that serious. Someone grabbing a sausage link at 9:34 should be okay. The front dest ladies seemed in a bad mood. Im a reward member, and checking out late time is really never given to me. They always have an excuse as, why not. The hotel is really clean though and the rooms are very spacious. The only horrible thing is that the AC unit makes such a loud noise, keeps me up most of the night until i knock out! Book it..."

"The upside was that the hotel is new and it was clean. The location was good. Large fridge, microwave and hot plate and cabinets but no dishes or pots and pans in the cabinets. The downside was the amenities. No blow dryer, no ironing board/iron, no extra blanket available. It was bare bones."
