"The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchen but no cooking utensils or a hairdryer. Initially, I couldn't log into the hotel Wi-Fi. I called the front desk but couldn't get through; I had to go to the lobby to find a staff member. They eventually gave me a number to log into the hotel network, but the number only allowed three devices to connect, so I had to ask the front desk for another number. Fortunately, the front desk staff were very friendly."
