Very nice hospitality offered by Fairfield Marriott Indore, a 4 star Marriott Bonvey property in the heart of the city. Location is decent and breakfast is awesome

If you are looking for a great hotel for business travelers, the Fairfield has everything you need. Great service, beautiful rooms and a great selection of food.

Food was worse and there was no one to carry our bags to the room we took them by ourselves and later we called for a check out , there was still no one . Their room services were also slow . had bad experience .

Check-in was smooth, and the room was neat and clean. A special thanks to Jenny Tamang for her warm hospitality during breakfast—she made the experience even more pleasant!

This hotelvis in an excellent location in indore. Staff is very polite and attentive. Breakfast spread is very good. Will come again to this hotel

When i reached tired at hotel, i was kept waiting for more than 30 minutes. My booking was in triple occupancy but hotel confirmed that they have done double occupancy booking and asked Rs 2000/- per person per night extra for the 3rd person. I waited for more than 30 minutes and lastly had to pay Rs 1500/- per night(3000/- for 2 days) extra for the third person stay then only he allowed check in. Behavior of the staff was not adequate, and when i asked let me check in first later on we will resolve the 3rd person issue but he said they won't allow check-in, rather i asked to cancel the booking and asked the refund, he said again to contact MMT. Worst ever experience. Breakfast- Very slow service Location- Good location but approach is very bad. Other facilities were good.

Excellent stay, facility is amazing and food options are delicious. Loved the friendly nature of the staff and humbleness of the estate personnels.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be quite convenient—not in the outskirts, which made getting around much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, the room service left something to be desired. Response times were slow, and requests were not always fulfilled accurately. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re prioritizing cleanliness and location, but there’s definitely room for improvement in their service.

Do not get trapped by the name ‘MARRIOT’. It was horrible experience, starting from checkout , we reached there at 06:00 PM the lady at the counter took 25 mins to allot the room and she gave us one room out of 2. The moment we entered the room our washroom had no napkins & Towels. No shower get in the shower area , AC wasn’t working , it took them 30 mins to fix the AC , we asked for whiskey glasses and they gave us 6 different glasses. Horrible breakfast , only the breakfast service was bit good.
