"In my personal experience of two meals in one hotel, the dinner was the richest. Although it was crab-themed, each person had a whole crab, other fish, and a lot of pot dishes. In the end, we couldn't finish it all, so the enthusiastic shopkeeper helped us take out the crab meat that we couldn't eat and shape it into 8 rice balls to serve as snacks for the next day.
The hot springs are very good and the pool area is large. Both men's and women's hot springs have indoor and outdoor parts. It happens to be snowing in January, and there is nothing more wonderful in the world than soaking in the hot springs while enjoying the cold wind of Wakasa Bay.
Most of the tourists are locals, so it's a very authentic experience. Thank you to the store"
"The view from the stay was unbelievable, the best thing to wake up to, The staff were fantastic. Now we don’t speak any Japanese and they didn’t speak any English. She was more than happy to use google translate to help us. She made sure we had somewhere planned for dinner and offered us breakfast at her cafe which was open only to us. By the end of it we were so sad that we had to leave. Would 10000% stay there again if given the chance"
"My stay at Mercure Kyoto Miyazu Resort & Spa was incredible! The classic Japanese-style room was beautifully designed with tatami mats and a serene ambiance, offering a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the onsen facilities were truly relaxing.
The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The traditional Kyoto-style breakfast was a delightful highlight. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!"
"Although the location is not convenient, the B&B has a beautiful view. Looking at the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves, the facilities of the B&B are also very good. The food in the restaurant was also very good, all in all, very good."
"The price/performance ratio is very high. I really like this free atmosphere. Just confirm the meal times with the boss. The food cooked by the boss is very delicious. Although the bathroom and toilet are shared, they are very clean."
"Very nice hotel, location on the mountain can see the sea, there are hot springs. The service is also very good. If you don't go to the scheduled time for breakfast, the waiter will always wait for you and return to inform you. If it's quiet, it's suitable for a family vacation, no one bother, good place, very few meals around."
