"Wow. What an incredible place. This stay here was truly wonderful. I am especially grateful for the best service I’ve had at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were always so attentive and accommodating, and always offered solutions to any issue I had. A few examples of how the service impressed me: - we needed to check out later than planned due to the kids feeling ill, and they let us pay a nominal fee to extend the whole afternoon. - we received daily breakfast coupons but could use as many as we wanted on any of the days we stayed there / this helped a lot as we had five people and three breakfast coupons, so we pooled them together to eat as a whole family several days. - once we needed some bowls to eat takeout and after sending a message to the staff on WeChat they deliver the bowls to our door in just a few minutes. - the cleaning staff were super friendly and always worked with our schedule to clean the rooms. When we need extra towels or toiletries they were quick to respond. - the kids play area was even fun for my 10-12 year olds - the breakfast buffet was really tasty and I highly recommend the vegetarian mifen (local rice noodles) that are made to order, and the “oil tea” - a local Guangxi specialty. - coffee in the room was a plus, and the tea pot and unlimited hot or cold drinking water. - the pool was warm and ideal for young kids - the shower and all bathroom facilities were 5 star - we loved the high tech experience of automated lights, AC, shades, etc. - a welcome gift and a parting gift - such generosity and attentiveness We enjoyed a terrific stay and are already missing this special hotel. Rong Hu is such a pretty part of Guilin. The quiet lakeside is a perfect location for any family who wants a nice place close to the city but on a very quiet street. Thank you for all the care! "We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was perfect—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, with a nice mix of both Chinese and Western options. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. When I first arrived, the hotel kindly provided fresh fruits while I waited for my room to be cleaned—a thoughtful gesture. The only downside was that the view from our room window was of an old hospital, but the location itself was very convenient. Right across the hotel, there was a bike rental offering day rentals, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is located inside the Zizhou Park, so every time we need to take the free shuttle to get in and out . The kids were so excited about taking this shuttle and playing in the swimming pool. It’s also very quiet. We definitely had a good sleep at night. Btw, you can also see the Xiangbishan from this park."

"Hotel provided exceptional quality service. They even ofered free laundry service which was a huge surprise for our family. Hotel is very well situated with great river view through window. Room was very comfortable, clean with huge shower room and bath tub. Hotel is smoke free although there might be some guests who violates this rule. Hotel acts accordingly and issue fines for violations which means hotel does not tolerate bad behaviour by the guests. Happy family. I would recommend this hotel for my friends."

"Upon checking into the Earth Village's 270-degree river view room, my most immediate impression was that it perfectly brought both nature and the warmth of local life right into the space. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the main highlight. Whether it was in the early morning, drawing back the electric curtains to watch the lush green pastoral scenery surrounding Earth Village fill the room, or in the evening, gazing at the distant village lights gradually twinkling on and enjoying the sunset glow accompanied by a gentle breeze, these moments instantly helped shed travel fatigue and allowed for an immersive experience of the serene blend of countryside and nature. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, meeting all guest needs and ensuring a completely stress-free stay."

"Our family trip to Guangxi started perfectly with Yun Duo Hotel, which we found incredibly satisfying! Right from check-in, the front desk staff provided a wonderful surprise by upgrading all three of our rooms – we felt incredibly lucky! A special shout-out to the receptionist again; her service attitude was exceptional, and she gave us a very detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities. Two thumbs up! Let's talk about the location first: it's only a few minutes' walk to Elephant Trunk Hill. And right downstairs, next door, is Chun Ji Roast Goose (absolutely delicious, very kid-friendly – we ate there two days in a row, highly recommended!). The hotel is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient to walk or take a taxi anywhere. Overall, I highly recommend it! Moving on to the kid-friendly amenities: not only did our rooms have large bathtubs which the kids adored, but the 9th-floor terrace also features an outdoor pool perfect for family swims. There's even a children's play area with a bubble pool and a slide – it was so much fun, the kids absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave! The breakfast buffet was also delicious. I particularly recommend the hotel's homemade Guilin rice noodles – they were even better than the ones we tried on the street! The cleanliness was excellent too. All in all, we'll definitely be back!"
