"The room had dim lighting and low ceilings, making it feel very claustrophobic. The suite was small, and the bathroom vanity sink was ridiculously tiny. For 1800+ yuan a night, it was absolutely not worth it!
On such a hot day, the elevators didn't have the AC on and lacked ventilation. It made me wonder if they even had air conditioning in them at all!
There was no mini-bar in the room, and the fridge was completely empty. The TV didn't support screen mirroring, and there was no smart TV.
The hotel also lost my package. The second time I went down to ask the concierge if they had found it, it seemed no one was actively handling my lost item. They eventually told me they would check the surveillance footage. Eventually, after mediation through Ctrip, the hotel compensated me for the lost items.
While using the toilet, it made a strange noise, followed by smoke and a burning smell! I called the front desk for maintenance, and the technician mentioned a fuse short-circuiting in the toilet, then simply unplugged it and left.
After some negotiation, they discounted the second night's stay. The resolution was quite satisfactory, and the manager's attitude was excellent.
The hotel has robots, which are very convenient for food delivery. The housekeeping staff were also very kind."
