"This was an experience that exceeded our expectations and was incredibly cost-effective! Our hotel driver, Xiao Wang, called us right after we landed. The Mercedes-Benz business class transfer gave us a completely secure feeling! Upon arrival, the beautiful receptionist, Xiao Xiong, arranged the perfect room for us. It was spacious and clean, and they even added five free breakfasts for one person. This was a heartwarming experience! We're also incredibly grateful to our handsome manager, Shiyi, who was always available to answer any questions we had these past few days. He saved us from any setbacks and pitfalls. Especially on our return trip, we had some fragile items that couldn't be taken on the plane due to personal reasons. Since our connecting flight was short, we couldn't check in our luggage, and the airport courier refused to accept them because they were afraid they might be damaged. Ultimately, we asked Shiyi for help, and he immediately arranged for someone to pick them up at the airport and even helped with the delivery of another package. There's so much more that I can't express. The beautiful people of Lijiang are so kind. I look forward to seeing them again. I'll definitely be back for Lijiang Bamboo Boat Tours!"

"The overall style is very stylish. The landscape pool in the middle is a plus. The owner is willing to invest in the facilities and is thoughtful. Dyson hair dryer, Kohler bathroom, humidifier and body lotion are good. The climate in Yunnan is unexpectedly dry. The two handsome guys at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The price is also very reasonable. It is the most comfortable stay in 5 days. There are two shortcomings. One is the sound insulation, which is also a common problem in homestays. The other is the door lock. It is recommended to add an alarm reminder if it is not locked properly or an anti-theft chain like the chain hotel."

"We stayed at Stone Hotel 石头厝 for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it! I am so glad we discovered it after searching on Trip.com for quite a while. We were looking for a hotel in Lijiang that is quiet and peaceful, with views of Yulong Snow Mountain, and has the modern comforts of a luxurious boutique hotel. The hotel is located outside of Lijiang town, approximately 30-40min drive, and right next to Yuhu Village. If we needed to go anywhere, the hotel provides a car drop-off service in a luxurious MPV. It’s also easy to call a car on DiDi. The room is beautifully designed with elements of copper and wood, blending modern and traditional. The bed and pillows are among the most comfortable I’ve slept in during my travels. Being a city girl, I’m delighted with the Dyson hairdryer, Marshall speaker, and Aesop hand soap! The free mini fridge is stocked with beer, Perrier sparkling water, soft drinks, and if not enough, just pop over to the restaurant where the fridge and fruit bar is open and free all day! The amazing variety of fruits are the sweetest I’ve tasted, all grown locally. Even the nuts are sweet, I think they roast them in some sweet milk. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes but we had hotpot every dinner just because the soup is so delicious and the meats so tender. At dinner, the Naxi brothers will drink a toast and sing for every guest as their way of welcoming the guests and treating them as friends. If you dare to, try their local herbal/fruit alcohol (very strong!) We also love that for breakfast, they serve a selection of local side dishes which we enjoyed trying. Their concierge/front desk team welcomed us warmly even before arriving (via WeChat), and supported us very well throughout our stay. The whole experience of coordinating airport pickup and booking their various activities and amenities (afternoon tea, evening drink, dinner, car) was seamless and fast. Before going out, the front desk staff always makes sure that we are well equipped for the day with water, umbrella, oxygen, chocolates. All the staff are always happy and friendly, making us feel like we are friends because the service is so personalized. We chatted with many of them and had the chance to learn a little about each of them, their lives and their culture. They know that we love playing with their dogs and the little lamb DuoDuo, and gave us many chances to play with them and even feed little DuoDuo. One can feel that they love their work there. After leaving, we are still missing little DuoDuo, the amazing staff and warm hospitality, and the comfortable room. I’ve traveled to many places, and this is one of the rare times where I miss the place and the people so much. We highly recommend Stone Hotel 石头厝 to anyone visiting Lijiang! And I hope we have to chance to come back and stay with them again."

"The inn is very close to the north gate of the ancient town, two minutes walk, and very quiet, which can guarantee sleep. But the price is very low, much more expensive than the same type of accommodation, and the facilities are not complete, and the hygiene is not enough. The first is to take a bath. The shower head on the second floor is broken and can't be hung. If you don't wash your hair, it is difficult to wet your hair. There is no place to dry towels and clothes in the shower, and there is no floor towel to absorb water. After the shower, the water will make the room everywhere. The second is that the TV cannot be used normally and cannot be connected to the Internet normally. The third is that there are too few plugs. There is a plug at the bedside. The bedside lamp cannot be charged to the mobile phone, let alone the room where the two people live. There are also two plugs that have been plugged in next to the TV, which is really speechless. The fourth is that the cleaning staff of the inn not only brought the pet dog to the guest's room, which was very unhygienic, but also threw away the supplies brought by the guests as garbage. The price of nearly 800 nights is really not cost-effective"
