"We booked the 3-day, 2-night all-inclusive package for two, which included unlimited access to Spaceship Park and Ocean Kingdom. The hotel room was incredibly spacious and spotless, designed with a delightful, child-friendly theme. Hotel service was exceptional, with staff being consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Spaceship Park is conveniently located right inside the hotel, making access incredibly easy. Getting to Ocean Kingdom from the Spaceship Hotel was also a breeze, with a shuttle bus service that takes only about 5 minutes. The Chimelong Show on the first day was absolutely breathtaking. Day two at Ocean Kingdom offered a fantastic blend of marine animal performances and numerous thrilling rides, appealing to both adults and children. We enjoyed a perfect balance, switching between the attractions and watching the shows when we needed a break – just be sure to keep an eye on the showtimes! Day three was dedicated to Spaceship Park, an ideal spot for kids to learn about marine life and even get up close with the magnificent orcas, truly the 'kings of the ocean'! A huge plus is that the entire park is indoors, so you're completely sheltered from wind, rain, or intense sun. Overall, this 3-day, 2-night getaway was incredibly enjoyable and entirely stress-free!"

"**Facilities:** Excellent! The double vanity was fantastic, and the separate toilet, shower, and bathtub areas were particularly well-designed. **Cleanliness:** Very clean overall. (A minor note: housekeeping did accidentally leave a cleaning cloth in the room on the second day 🙈). **Ambiance:** Absolutely loved it! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning, breathtaking views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and beautiful sunrises. The infinity pool on the 5th floor was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable; the kids spent an entire evening and a good part of the morning playing there. **Service:** The service was excellent, and the staff were very hospitable. Even though our checkout was scheduled for noon, they kindly allowed a late checkout so our children could have a shower before we departed. **Travel Photography Service:** It was decent. **Surroundings:** Right downstairs, there are beautiful scenic spots like the Guanao Platform (Macau Viewing Platform) and Lover's Road. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to explore them. We rented shared bicycles, which was a pleasant experience, and there are plenty of dining options within a ten-minute walk nearby."

Our butler, Elena, was particularly exemplary – she ensured bed rails, a high chair for baby food, a baby bathtub, and children's toiletries were all ready. She even proactively arranged a bottle sterilizer. This 'no request too big' level of thoughtfulness made traveling with our little one incredibly easy. The complimentary in-room drinks, snacks, and the convenient capsule coffee machine were also much-appreciated thoughtful touches. Upon entering our room, the expansive sea view and thoughtful layout were already stunning. The exquisite design and cultural essence were evident in every detail: the white marble patterns in the shower and bathroom exuded an elegant, luxurious feel, while the warm wooden flooring in the bedroom created a cozy, home-like atmosphere. This spatial language, seamlessly blending traditional charm with modern comfort, was truly captivating. The design of the hotel's public areas was equally meticulous, where art and maritime elements harmoniously coexisted, revealing a profound sense of heritage. "Location is a bit far, the hardware of the hotel is good, the lift is fast . With indoor and outdoor parking , ample of car parking space, good for driving clients. Less than 10 minutes drive to night market. The main drawback is no refrigerator"

It's clearly a brand-new hotel, not just a renovation, and the service is outstanding. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional. A special shout-out to Lillian at the front desk – she handled our check-in process thoroughly and was incredibly kind and helpful. "The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. Although it is an old hotel, it is very cost-effective after renovation. It is also very convenient to visit the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, which is only a ten-minute drive away. It is very convenient!"

"The hotel environment is very good, very big, like a park. After checking in, you have to take the hotel's sightseeing bus to your room. There are mountains, lakes, swans, and villas in the garden, and the flowers inside are also blooming. very beautiful. The service was also good. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a porter who helped open the door and pull my luggage. Every staff member at the front desk and guest rooms I met greeted me with a smile on their face."
