"Had a lovely stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully done up, really loved the calm, cosy vibe. The café food was tasty with good portions and fair pricing. Location made it easy to get around. There was no in-room WiFi and the TV wasn’t usable due to some maintenance, but I was mostly out, so it didn’t affect me much. The staff were warm, polite, and quick to help with anything I needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would be happy to stay again the next time I’m in the area!"

However, the alarm clock in my friend's room inexplicably went off at 4 AM. Additionally, before we even checked in, the towels and other amenities hadn't been properly prepared. We reported these issues to the front desk in the morning and requested a room change, but upon our return in the evening, the request had not been actioned. Ultimately, the manager offered a verbal apology upon check-out, but no other compensation was provided."

"Excellent Stay at Penang Marriott Executive Apartments My recent stay at the Penang Marriott Executive Apartments, which are combined with the Penang Marriott Hotel and share the same facilities, was truly exceptional. The friendly front desk staff provided clear explanations upon check-in. My room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped like a home, and included a free mini-bar, with a stunning sea view. A huge thanks goes to the housekeeping team for the lovely birthday decorations and card. My special appreciation also goes to Ms. Melanie for her thoughtful wish card, and to those who decorated the birthday cake on the table—their efforts truly made my celebration special. The facilities, including good swimming pools for both adults and kids, were great, and parking was convenient. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Gurney Drive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and fresh options, including fresh juice and coffee, served by friendly and helpful staff. Every staff member I met was warm and welcoming, contributing to a truly wonderful experience."

"Super good accommodation, the room is clean and dusty, the mattress supplies are comfortable, the towels are of good quality, there is a water machine, the landlord intimately put snacks and ice cream in the room, you can pay with Alipay, a good experience!"

"Good location and offer free multilevel carpark. This property is still doing renovation so it could be dusty. Our family loves the view most. You can see scenic mountains and sea views from the highest level. The swimming pool is my children's favourite spot. Too bad the sprinkle was not working. Room is spacious and clean, with the price paid nothing to be complained about. The service of front desk could be further improved. I asked about wifi they told me they will send through whatsapp but i didnt receive any text messages throughout the stay. Not that i need it but the hospitality is missing."

"Love the room. The instruction was clear given by the management. Room was perfectly clean. It came with washing machine and dryer. Also the water machine. No need buy big bottle of mineral water. The room was spacious. Both bedrooms was spacious and comfortable. The living room came with a big TV. My family does enjoy some get together here. 6 of us are enjoying the unit we got. Perfect for group stays. Can go up to 8 people. Free parking was provided too. The view was great. I can see Penang Bridge from my unit. There a gym facilities and was in good condition."

"We booked a one-night stay on short notice and were so glad to have found this place. The host responded quickly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped (including a water dispenser), and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate eight people. The location is very convenient, close to the highway, making it easy to access various attractions. There's also a morning market within walking distance for local food and daily necessities.
