"Love the design of the hotel. The room is huge by Penang standard and comes with lots of carpark. We had a really comfortable stay at Sho. The cons is the location which is located slightly away from the Center. The water pressure in the shower is sometimes too low. These are minor problems. Definitely will visit again"

"Location: The apartment experience this time is excellent. The same building as the Courtyard Hotel is the biggest highlight. You can see the sea view by pushing the window and the view is wide and comfortable. The apartment has complete facilities, the sofa feels soft and comfortable, the height of the selected floor is suitable, and the daily living is convenient and comfortable. Dining: The surrounding area is very convenient Apartment management specifications: professional reception process at the door, gym and other public facilities are also available to meet the basic needs of life and leisure. The fly in the ointment is that the luggage storage point is located in the surrounding supermarkets, the charge is high, the large suitcase is 16 yuan/day, the small suitcase is 8 yuan/day, but the price can be negotiated. The reception staff at the entrance of the apartment was friendly and the communication experience was good. On the whole, this is a very satisfying stay, and the next trip will be preferred here."

"Good location and offer free multilevel carpark. This property is still doing renovation so it could be dusty. Our family loves the view most. You can see scenic mountains and sea views from the highest level. The swimming pool is my children's favourite spot. Too bad the sprinkle was not working. Room is spacious and clean, with the price paid nothing to be complained about. The service of front desk could be further improved. I asked about wifi they told me they will send through whatsapp but i didnt receive any text messages throughout the stay. Not that i need it but the hospitality is missing."

"We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The unit is spacious, and we really appreciated that the king bedroom could comfortably fit three people — making it suitable even for our group of 6 adults and 1 child. The location is perfect — easy to access and surprisingly no traffic jams in the area. Most Penang attractions and food spots are only about a 10–15-minute drive away, which made exploring really convenient. My coffee place which is constant gardener is not far from here. Anyway, the host was helpful, responsive, and reliable, replying quickly to any questions we had. Both the air conditioning and hot water worked well throughout our stay. Nearby, walking distance from the apartment there is a nice stalls that sell great breakfast with nice malay kuih. On the downside, while basic cleaning was fine, we noticed that some kitchen items like cups and glasses inside the drawers were not properly cleaned, so we had to wash them ourselves. Soap was provided, but given that there’s a cleaning fee, this area could definitely be improved. The towels and pillows were also quite worn out and could use replacement to make the stay more comfortable. Also there is no coway water filter as advertised, so probably it is at other unit but not my unit. The main issue we faced was with the lift during peak hours. On our checkout day, it took an hour waiting that my family ended up taking the stairs from level 23 down to the carpark at level 8! It seems this happens many times and a lot of upset people especially when one of the lifts is used by workers, knowingly many people are stuck Overall, this apartment offers great value for its size, location, and host service, with only minor improvements needed in cleanliness and maintenance and if you can be patient with the waiting lift."

"Super good accommodation, the room is clean and dusty, the mattress supplies are comfortable, the towels are of good quality, there is a water machine, the landlord intimately put snacks and ice cream in the room, you can pay with Alipay, a good experience!"

"I really liked the hotel's distinctive style and its rich sense of history. This was the priciest hotel on my trip to Malaysia, and also the one I was most looking forward to. Overall, I felt it offered good value for money, despite a few minor drawbacks. Firstly, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming during check-in, but unfortunately, they didn't speak Chinese, which made communication a bit challenging. Thankfully, a Chinese-speaking service was available via phone later on. Secondly, the room was very spacious, particularly the bathroom, which was incredibly roomy. The double vanity sinks were convenient, but the twin beds were surprisingly small and felt completely out of proportion with the otherwise large room. Thirdly, the hotel's ambiance was excellent and very quiet. The sea view from our room was beautiful, and the infinity pool was unforgettable. However, staying in the Victory Annexe meant we couldn't access the Heritage Wing's pool, which prevented us from fully enjoying all of the hotel's facilities and scenic views. Fourthly, the hotel's location was superb. It's right by the sea and also very close to major central attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring local culinary delights. Fifthly, the hotel's breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of dishes with high-quality ingredients. The ice cream was particularly delicious! A special thank you to the hotel for the thoughtful welcome gift. If I visit Penang again, I would definitely consider staying here."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it convenient to get anywhere. We were treated to a stunning sunrise from our executive sea view room on the very first morning. The hotel staff were exceptionally good. My only minor gripe was that breakfast could get a bit crowded, which led us to try three different dining options over our three-day stay. A nice touch was the complimentary minibar on the first day. Otherwise, everything was perfect."

"Marriott Executive Apartments, Penang is conveniently located an hour's taxi ride from Butterworth Station and just 20 minutes from the George Town ferry terminal. The hotel itself is well-equipped and appointed, with comfortable room layouts. Each apartment features a king-sized bedroom, a bathroom complete with both a bath and shower, and an integrated living and dining area. You'll find many restaurants and hawker stalls close by. Popular attractions like Penang Hill and the famous Street Art are also easily accessible, about a 20-minute taxi ride away, which is incredibly convenient! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The swimming pool, in particular, was a highlight and absolutely fantastic."

"We booked a one-night stay on short notice and were so glad to have found this place. The host responded quickly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped (including a water dispenser), and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate eight people. The location is very convenient, close to the highway, making it easy to access various attractions. There's also a morning market within walking distance for local food and daily necessities.
