"Stay here many times this year. But the safety deposit box encountered error 9 which required the duty manager to reset it. The corner where drinks & complimentary tea/coffee is place has ants. Maybe housekeeping can containise the tea/coffee sachets to prevent ants. Had to clean up. Other than that all good. The buffet breakfast was great too."

"Firstly its a suites and not a hotel so expectations have to be tapered accordingly. The place is clean and comfortable to sleep in however the age of the place is begining to show. Towels are clean, thick and fresh smelling, they seem to have upgraded the shower heads which have v good water pressure. This trip I got a room facing the road. Nice view but can get noisy when cars with loud exhausts drive by. Breakfast was suffice with an eggs station and local Delights like mee goreng / kway teow goreng / curry noodles / mee soto / nasi lemak. Unfortunately the 24hr food place with lotsa variety and delicious food right next to it has closed and moved to medini 3 which is a 5 to 10min drive away Overall, for the price, Trinidad is a great place to stay on a budget and secure parking. Kudos to the always friendly and helpful staff as well!"

"Staff were polite and gave good services. Breakfast have variety of choices and nice. Location is accessible, 15mins walk to Midvalley Mall. However, the check-in could be done better. When we arrive around 2.45pm and complete the registration, the hotel inform us that the room wasn’t ready. We waited until 3.45pm then we got the room key although the check in time should be 3p.m."

"It was a short getaway with friends away from Singapore. As it was our first time staying at this new condo which I heard it’s newly built and just opened recently, I was more excited than my friends that I didn’t fully concentrate when the owner met me to assist with check-in and explained the facilities to me. Check-in was smooth and easy process. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly security guards. Thereafter, I was assisted by Samuel (a young , handsome, kind and hospitable chap), whom I believe is the owner managing the apartment units that we stayed. I got a different unit from my friends because I wanted some privacy and to sleep on my own bed and I’m happy I got a connecting room next to my friend’s. When he brought me to my room, I was quite surprised by how small the room was, quite compact that I would recommend a maximum of 2 persons to stay ideally. But the bed was super comfortable and huge, which allows me to roll freely and sleep comfortably. Room amenities such as dental kits, toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, comb and even shaving kit were provided to ensure convenience, which some other airbnbs or hotels don’t offer. Aircon is very cold, which makes sleeping more pleasant. Location of the apartment is highly accessible. If you’re hungry, 7 eleven and some other minimarts are just nearby, a few operates for 24hrs but most shops were closed at night. KSL city mall and other hotels are nearby which made it convenient for us to gather with our friends who stayed at nearby hotels. The only disadvantage during my stay was the fridge. I didn’t realise it wasn’t cold until when I came back I found my ice cream melting and had to throw it away. However, I was shocked but happy to receive a booking voucher from the owner to make it up for the fridge incident. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here and would definitely come back for another night of stay. Highly recommended SPACE RESIDENCY to all! "It’s conveniently located for those who like to go to KSL to shop. The instructions (over WhatsApp) to collect the card access key from the mailbox and to unlock the main door were easy to follow. The service staff is very prompt and cordial in their response over WhatsApp. Appreciate their advice to avoid taking the lift between 1030am-3pm as the wait is long but for those who are travelling out during those time, be prepared to wait especially if you’re staying at a high floor. The corridor leading to our unit is unclean and rubbish wasn’t cleared for 2 days. Our level 25 unit is simple and cozy for 6 pax. It is generally clean and has the basic amenities."

"The apartment is located on top of Paradigm Mall. It makes eating and shopping very convenient. JBCity had a service counter at the lobby, which was good. Support through chat was fairly good and responsive. The place was clean and had 3 rooms - one master bedroom with attached bathroom, a room with queen size bed and another with a single bed. It had a living room with a sitting and dining area and a proper kitchen / service yard area. The place was fully air-conditioned and was equipped with a refrigerator and a washer dryer (but no laundry detergent). The place provided bath towels, body soap & shampoo, dish washing liquid (but no toothbrushes, no hand soap and hand towels). Cutleries were provided but not complete (5 bowls, 5 plates, 4 cups, 2 wine glasses, 4 spoons, 8 forks, 3 tea spoons, 1 chef knife, 1 pairing knife, 1 scope, 1 spatula). There was no wine opener even though there were wine glasses. There was a frying pan (no lid), one small pot (no lid), and a slightly bigger pot with lid. The stay was pleasant, barring a power blackout, which lasted 30 minutes until the chat support responded with how to reactive the supply and water seepage at the service yard area. We were provided with a designated parking lot with frequent guard patrol, which was good. The apartment comes with Gym, Swimming pool, bbq area which allowed for more activities. Overall a good place to stay for a family, but some areas of improvement exist."

"The room is clean. Staff service and response is ok. But take note that RM150 deposit is required for car parking access. The room does not have TV and washer. The bed is quite small due to the design, not suitable for those who is higher than 170cm. Overall, a comfortable stay. Location wise, about 16mins walk to JB custom. The traffic is quite heavy but still acceptable."

"An above-average apartment stay as it is brand new. Room is cozy and bathroom is basic and functional. Interesting quirky carpark arrangement as parking is only at 11 floor which is quite an effort to park. Location is excellent, which is next to KSL Shopping area. Many food cafeterias around the area."

"The elevators are really slow . We have been waiting for a long times cause few times is overload .at last we tired walking the stairs . But it is inconvenient to bring the elderly and children . Second is the toilet hygiene is really bad ,there are always ants in the toilet bowl . I am tired put hot water . I hope can improve it"

"I am absolutely satisfied with the hotel service, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the on-site staff. Upon check-in, when my allocated parking lot was occupied by another vehicle, your staff promptly resolved the issue with efficiency and professionalism. In addition, when I requested replenishment of toilet items, the service was provided very promptly and courteously. Excellent job overall! The location is great and the view is magnificent, overlooking the Causeway and Singapore. I enjoyed my stay!"
