"The hotel looks great and overall okay. They have an app to book buggy service but the timings are inconsistent and sometimes they don’t respond. Our last day i booked and five buggies drove past us and i had to flag down the next. Breakfast is a complete mess and not the greatest variety. Went to Italian restaurant when we arrived and they have a good menu of cocktails, but server said they don’t make them at that restaurant. I asked why they have a full menu of options and she said she didn’t know. There is no beach access close but the main pool is okay but can be a bit crowded. Overall the look is five stars, but at best 3 would be fair. Not much for couples in the evenings, we went to Matador restaurant down the street and it was amazing. From the cost to experience perspective, i would not rebook at this hotel."

"Stayed in the ocean view deluxe room - or whatever it’s called. The room is very nice. Very spacious and well laid out. The ocean is right outside the door- about 5m away which is great expect it’s not a beach with sand and a place you’d wanna swim. Everything else is great though."

"Our stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials. APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. "We rested at Sea Horse from March 24 to April 4, 2024. I liked the hotel. Friendly staff, ready to provide any assistance. From opening a slammed door to catching a gecko. We checked into a well-located room, where there was always shade on the balcony and we could wait out the heat. Rooms are cleaned every day with all towels changed. It was nice to see flowers on the bed. Very nice. Breakfast is varied and you can find dishes for every taste. There are local dishes, you can try rice delicacies with different sauces. So are familiar dishes, for example, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon. The territory is simply a blooming garden, which is constantly looked after. A river with fish is a special delight. The fish were fed directly from the balcony. The geckos and insects found in the room were not very pleasant surprises. A lot of small ants. There were even ants in one of the lunch boxes that we packed for the trip. The beach near the hotel leaves much to be desired. There is a lot of garbage both on the shore and in the sea."

"Although the location is a bit far from the center, all the staff are friendly and provide good service. The facilities inside are beautiful, and even though there was a problem with the reservation, they upgraded the room, so I had a good time. I liked the nature-friendly antique room!"

"The hotel is very new, the service is warm, and the breakfast is very rich. The facilities are very complete, the swimming pool is large, there are two water slides, there is an indoor playground, a table tennis room, etc., adults and children will have a lot of fun. There are not many shells on the beach, but they are complete and beautiful. At night, the seafood restaurant next to it, eating a seafood feast by the sea, is quite delicious and relaxing. It is a good choice for travel and vacation."
