種族歧視 而且 暴力對待顧客
我和我朋友晚上11 點辦入住,確實比規定的時間晚了。到酒店我們就立馬跟前台道歉。結果前台從我們進門就開始辱罵我們,説中國人被疫情把腦子燒壞了,而且還激動到拿酒瓶打到我朋友的臉上。第二天酒店衹是提供了一瓶啤酒和一些巧克力作為道歉。
這種種族歧視且暴力的不合理行為應該被嚴格禁止。而且這家酒店一旦訂了就無法取消。 非常不推薦。第三天我們轉去這家酒店對面的酒店,推薦去酒店hotel merkur, 就在因特拉肯西火車站對面,預訂還可以免費取消。
Racial Discrimination and Violent Behavior Toward Guests
My friend and I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM for check-in, which was admittedly later than the stated check-in time. We apologized to the front desk staff as soon as we arrived. However, from the moment we entered, we were met with hostility. The receptionist began verbally abusing us, saying things like “Chinese people have had their brains fried by the pandemic.”
Worse still, the situation escalated, and the staff member became so aggressive that he struck my friend in the face with a glass bottle.
The next day, the hotel merely offered a bottle of beer and some chocolates as an apology. This is completely unacceptable.
This kind of racist and violent behavior should be strictly condemned and never tolerated, especially in the hospitality industry.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
