"I rushed to the ”Jiabang Terraces” scenic spot yesterday afternoon. On the roadside only about 200 meters away from the ”No. 1 Observation Deck”, there was a ”Jiabang Terraces Movie Friends' Home” with a good wooden structure that attracted me and I entered the store. After asking the operator, Mr. Wang Zhongkai, about the accommodation and meals, I felt that the price-performance ratio was good and it was close to the main observation deck. It met the requirements of a tourist who likes photography, so I booked a room online without hesitation. After checking in, I felt that the room was very spacious and clean. The dinner was not expensive but I was satisfied with it. The shop owner was considerate and tolerant, and also introduced the situation of the scenic spots. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Wang and will go again if I have the opportunity!"

After going from Jiang County to Luosha Miao Village, the feeling is not very good. The weather is hot. I feel that the county is very old. Miao Village is not popular. Go back to the hotel to rest early. Called the eLong Anyue Hotel to ask about parking. The phone was fascinated by the front desk lady. The sound was soft. We opened the room air conditioner first. After arriving at the hotel, the staff guided the parking. The front desk lady upgraded the room type for us. I also sent three breakfasts. Rich variety. Always smile at each other, whisper and neat, answer all questions, make people feel at home and comfortable! My wife said that if there are seven stars in such a hotel, give seven stars. "Booked a night here and had a great rest! It was very quiet in the morning and evening. Although the one-wooden room did not have a terraced view, you could see the children going to and from school on the street, which was very lovely~ The weather was a bit cold on the day we went. "The county town is a little far from the high-speed rail station. Unless you have a trip around the county town, there is no need to stay in the county town. The hotel is right next to the Drum Tower. The environment is still good, but the schedule is too tight and there is not much time to play. You need slippers when entering the house. The whole house is very clean. The bathroom is slightly small but does not affect the use. The house is equipped with air conditioning and the decoration is very warm. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and introduces the most beautiful scenic spots in Guzhai. The little kitten at home is extremely cute. It is inevitable that there will be some mosquitoes in the ancient houses in the mountains. Environment: The winding path leads to the secluded place. You can see the mountain view opposite when you stay in the room. Not far from the hotel is the No. 6 observation deck. The scenery is absolutely amazing.
Service: simple, sincere, authentic, the boss's cooking skills are absolutely perfect, 4 days and 3 nights, local chicken, rice flower fish, bacon, wild vegetables, etc. have been eaten, not tired, continue to want to eat 😋 a meal did not fall, all in the homestay to solve.
The price is particularly affordable, and I also remember to drink the boss's glutinous rice wine.
The terraces in the list are worth living, and you must stay a few more days.
Luckily, when we met the village sacrifice, the boss took us to a long banquet.

"The hotel is located in a road house, and the parking lot is in an underground garage. It is estimated that due to the geographical reasons of Congjiang River, female drivers should consider entering the underground garage to take the technical test. The road in is very narrow, so be careful if you are a large SUV, and then there is a sharp 45° downhill slope. Go downhill for about 10 meters and turn right at a 90° angle. There is a lot of dust and a lot of scrapped cars parked. You have to call the front desk to get in and out. Fortunately, there is an elevator in the garage to get to the hotel."

Breakfast was great.
The new place they have with a restaurant is not as nice as the hotel, and for foreigners the team could improve the service a little bit since we couldn't have any lucky with the hiking trails and the daily tour included.
However, they were really helpful for dinner and other stuff.

SScarletTheWandererThis is an incredible spot to stay! We were amazed by the location and the staff at this gorgeous hotel nestled in the hills. The rooms were incredible, clean and spacious. Our cabin overlooked the valley and felt like we were just inside a forest. The bathrooms as beautiful with a huge bathtub and wonderful string shower. The food here is incredible and fresh and the dining room overlooks a lovely valley that is perfect to watch the sun go down. It’s very close to all the walking trails and there are very few tourists here even in the height of the season. It’s a hidden gem!
Would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a great experience! The staff went over and above to make our stay incredible. Will visit again!

After going around the mountain for eighteen bends, we finally arrived. It was night when we arrived and we were unfamiliar with the place, so we were very nervous.
We were the only family staying there that day, and I guess most of the business was taken away by the homestays at the entrance of Jiabang Terraces.
The room we booked did not include breakfast. We arrived after 9pm and there was no dinner, so we had to try our luck at the shop next door. Fortunately, the kind lady boss shared food with us.
The facilities in the house are relatively simple. There is no toilet, but there is a squatting toilet in the shower area. Basic toiletries and slippers are provided. The bed is relatively hard and has an electric blanket. The nights at the end of March are still very cold.
In the morning, you will be woken up by the crowing of chickens outside the house, and experience the rural life. I discussed with the boss lady in the morning and got a bowl of noodles. The fried egg was especially delicious!
We started visiting the terraced fields in the morning. After going up the stairs opposite the hotel and turning right, there was an observation deck. We could visit several major terraced fields along the way, which was very convenient.

Later, I chatted with the boss and learned that the hotel is located at the No. 3 parking lot of the Jiabang Terraced Fields, which is the golden viewing point of the entire terraced field scenic area. It is really possible to enjoy the beauty of the terraced fields by staying in the room
Maybe because I have been in this fairyland for a long time, the boss is also a fairy-like character. His words touched me: Guizhou has beautiful mountains and waters, but no matter how good the mountains and waters are, they are all made by heaven, and what they can bring to you is limited to shock. You stand on the shore and look down. The people who work hard in the terraced fields are as small as ants. But these 40-mile-long mountain terraced fields are these small people like ants, who have gnawed out one centimeter at a time by opening mountains and splitting waters, moving mountains and unloading ridges, and are dug out by the ancestors and descendants. The Jiabang Rice Terraces bring you not only the stunning beauty, but also the baptism and touch of the spirit of the Jiabang people.
You must come to Jiabang, and you must stay in the rice terraces.
If you don't go to Jiabang, your trip to Guizhou is in vain. If you don't stay in the countryside, you will go to the rice terraces in vain.

The sanitary environment is not bad, the bathroom is relatively large, it is a squat toilet, more hygienic. There is also a water dispenser in the corridor, there is hot water, very convenient. Picture 1 of the hotel window was taken, and Picture 2 of the nearby sheep soup pot was delicious and affordable.

The hotel is about five kilometers away from Zhaoxing Dong Village. The hotel also has a special car to pick up and drop off the scenic spot. They can also help us contact the bus to go directly to the scenic spot. The front desk is also very good. The friendly room aunt will greet us when she sees us and is very clean.

GGuest UserThe standard room with a view faces the village below, not the street, so it's very quiet. Because it's so convenient and the owner is so friendly, I extended my stay for another night. The sightseeing bus stops right at the door, and it's a short walk to the fifth and sixth viewing platforms. Downstairs is a restaurant where the owner cooks all the food himself. If you're looking for value for money, this is definitely the place to stay.

GGuest UserThe inn is on the roadside, very close to the No. 1 observation deck. It is convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning and very quiet to sleep at night. There are terraces below and to the right of the inn, which are very spectacular. The boss and his family are very welcoming. The room is clean and hygienic. The wooden house has a faint pine scent, which is very comfortable. The dishes cooked by the boss are delicious, the charges are reasonable, the personality is high, and people are thrifty. The inn has vegetables, melons and rice grown with mountain spring water. My picky eater can eat two bowls of rice in one meal. On the return trip, we bought dozens of kilograms of rice to take back to Guangdong to eat. All in all, the trip to Jiabang Rice Terraces was perfect. I would recommend it to friends for food and accommodation.
Note: The local chili peppers are spicy and delicious. Friends who don’t like spicy food or eat a little spicy food must make it clear in advance. If you don’t pay attention to it, you will eat more bowls of rice😀😀😀

GGuest UserThe B&B is really at the highest point of the scenic area, which is perfect for our needs of having fewer people. The scenic area shuttle bus stopped running, but we put down our luggage and walked downhill all the way to the No. 3 viewing platform, and then returned. When we went back, the landlady's native chicken was already cooked, and the fried vegetables were also very tasty. Since we are here, we should make the best of it. As long as we are not working, we are happy anywhere. When we open the window, we are in nature, which is very healing. The landlady is a very straightforward person, with quick hands and feet, clean bedding, and the rain is very strong, so we don't have any bad feelings.

The property is right by the train station, which is what I was looking for to be able to catch an early morning train.
In terms of location it really depends what you are looking for, surely there's not much to do around and it felt like being in a very remote authentic village, so it's a nice experience but if you have a car it's definitely a plus.
The owner doesn't speak English but he's been very nice and accommodating.
The room is simple with squat toilet but it has everything and it's absolutely clean and comfortable.
