"Very good overall, and the service was excellent. As an older hotel, the facilities aren't the newest, but they are remarkably well-maintained. The restaurant on the 15th floor isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the food was decent. My only minor gripe is with breakfast; I only managed to have it once. The 7-10 AM slot is quite short, especially since many hotels offer breakfast until noon. I had 10 vouchers and only used one! 😂"

The entertainment around 9 o'clock in the evening stopped on time.
The only thing that made people feel uncomfortable was that the souvenirs included in the order package, and after checking out, the front desk receptionist did not take the initiative to say that I would give me souvenirs. At that time, I thought why not give it if it was included in my payment, and I would ask for it if it was not given. As a result, it turned out to be some snacks, candies, small biscuits, etc., which were not much money, but it really gave people a bad feeling, and you included it in the room price.

DDeirstarA solid old style hotel. The room was big, the water hot, the bed comfortable and everything needed was provided. The hotel is access from a laneway off the main road and there was no noise from outside. The internal plumbing was very noisy. The hotel is not far from the east gate of the ancient city wall, a great place for a walk and itks easy to get to all the beautiful surrounding gardens. If you turn left on the main street and walk about a block you will find a good little restaurant. Don’t forget to visit the terrific museum.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The bedding quality is very good. But there were two problems:
1. The shower was constructed wrong so the water drains out into the main bathroom area, even when the shower door fully closed and towels used to try and redirect the water. So the bathroom floor always had a layer of water over most of it.
2. The breakfast might be ok for local tastes, but for a western person the coffee was bad, there was no juice of any kind, no toast or other bread, no bacon or sausage, only hard boiled eggs. We prefer having at least some western breakfast foods which would be easy to offer.
Also, the was the air conditioning was set up, parts of the room would become very cold and breezy while 3 meter away it would be uncomfortably hot. Again poor design.
Overall, I would only give the hotel 2 stars out of 5.

First of all, the hotel is impeccable, close to the bustling area of the city center, but quiet in the middle of noisy, soundproof floor-to-ceiling glass is good
The hotel provides free parking. There is also three-dimensional parking, no need to worry about finding a parking space
In winter, the sufficient supply of air conditioning systems makes people feel very comfortable. The heating is too hot and not hot. But it is also very good for the cold winter in Hubei. You can also open the window for ventilation. Hot water is also very sufficient. If you want warm water, you have to put it for a while.
In addition, the hotel also provides free drinking water service. This detail is small, but reflects the restaurant's emphasis on customer experience. Osmanthus black tea bags are also a highlight.
However, some facilities are still old. It would be better if you can maintain it at will, such as deep cleaning of tile corners, deep cleaning of dust, and more tests for remote control. Breakfast can be served until 10:00 instead of 9:30.

服務：出門時特意跟前台反映了，前台説會讓師傅去檢修，特意説明如果有問題或者是問題不能及時修好麻煩給我換一個房間！結果晚上回來家人去洗澡，一樣漏水，根本就沒有解決！
説帶了小朋友想加一床被子，第一個晚上前台男士給我報了一床被子來，是乾淨的沒有異味，服務這一欄唯一的一顆星是給他的，第二天找服務員要被子時，要我找領班，領班大姐態度極其不好，找來找去找了一床未套好床單的臟被子（一股濃濃的腳臭味，我非常有理由懷疑這被子是酒店走廊角落換下來的臟被子且未套被套，非常過分了），第三天回到房間，衞生沒有打掃，詢問保潔，説要跟前台説，默認續住的房間酒店不打掃衞生這是什麼邏輯？大幾百的房費是用來給你們偷懶的？還有，兩間房住了三晚，住宿體驗非常的差啊，頭一次給酒店差評啊，這房價比國際大酒店也差不了多少啊，圖個離親戚家近在這連住幾晚，真太讓我失望了！希望酒店管理人員能看到這條評價，非常的差啊！
