Madurai Hotels with Wifi

Great hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. This was my 1st stay for 2 nights and I really enjoyed this Hotel Madurai Kitchen food /hotel service /and very friendly staffs . The security was awesome .Makes you feel very safe in this Hotel . Location was great too .Close by to all the important places to visit . Everything was great . Thank You Marriot Madurai . Hope my next stay I can have a room which has a better view rather than partial brick walls although I did not mention to the Reception

Decent hotel. Staffs are friendly. Look for manager Mr Rajaram. He is one of the best and friendly manager there. Can stay with family.

The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local. Of course, the fees are outrageous. -I hope the staff's order service will be as communicated with the customer. The overall service was good. I had an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak. I applied for a taxi at the information desk- I confirmed the fare to the temple and boarded it, but the taxi driver's toll fee from the price suggested by the hotel [This must be pre-set in the taxi fee]- The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - this is You must inform the customer in advance and tell the taxi fare/ A special agreement with the taxi company associated with the hotel is required/

The hotel environment is very good, there are peacocks to see. It's just that there is a problem with management. After I swiped my credit card, it was stolen.

It was a good experience, good staff, good cleanliness, nice ambiance, rooms are beautiful, only problem is that it is far from the main road so taking a cab or auto would be problematic otherwise my stay here was good.

Throughout South India, Madurai's temple is almost the best and most exquisite in South India. The local little palace is also worth a visit.
