"Fantastic ryokan experience. This ryokan has many separate onsens. Staff are proficient in English. We stayed at Annex building with more privacy and private onsen. But public onsens have many choices and would keep you busy to try them selectively. The beds are comfortable too."

"From already travelled to another rakuten villa, I came with high expectation. I can definitely say that the villa is on par with the other ones. It has a very big living space, very well cleaned, newly built, plenty of equipments and amenities. I believe what stands out the most is the private Onsen and sauna, which is not offered in many places. Travelers would want to travel here when there is day light, I went during the night and it was pitch black, the road is narrow, windy and uphill which required high level of cautiousness. Overall a highly recommend this place when travelling to nearby region."

"Located in a rural area, the hotel may not offer the convenience of a nearby convenience store, but it serves as an excellent retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The food's presentation is visually pleasing, although its taste is somewhat ordinary. On a positive note, the hotel provides the delightful experience of both indoor and outdoor onsen facilities, which we thoroughly savored."

"Top notch friendly front desk staffs with smiling face all the time. Service is excellent, they even help me to park my car and take my luggage to the room. My room has a private onsen and it was surprisingly big. The public onsen in the hotel is also very nice particularly the outdoor pool where you can hear natural water flowing sound from the stream below. The dinner was great even though I am not a big fan of horse meat. Cleanliness and tidiness is impressive. Breakfast was in Japanese style, but you can still have a cup of drip filtered coffee. Overall I love this hotel very much and will prefer to stay there if I happen to go there again."

"What a surprise, a special car pick-up at the bus station🚏, one night and two meals are great! The girl from Zhejiang is beautiful, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. She introduced us to delicious cakes and Dorayaki in the surrounding area. The entrance of the hotel is the starting point for hiking. If you have time, you can go for a walk. There will definitely be unexpected gains! The hot springs are also great. Kurokawa Hot Spring Town is worth visiting again! Unforgettable🥰"

"Kurokawa Yumeng Rindan Hotel is the most satisfactory and comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip to Kitakyushu. The hotel has an excellent location. It is the first hotel after the station. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff was smiling, and the beautiful girl who could speak Chinese carefully introduced the hotel's facilities and services. The hotel's rooms are unique. The layout of the room we stayed in is full of Japanese style. The tatami is soft and comfortable. When you open the curtains, the river view outside the window comes into view. Make a cup of hot tea, sit on the chair on the terrace, listen to the gurgling water, and feel comfortable. And the room is very clean and spotless. The hotel dinner is Kaiseki cuisine. I ate different dishes for two consecutive nights. Hot springs are also the highlight. There are lush forests next to the outdoor hot springs. When taking a bath, it seems to be integrated with nature, and the body and mind are greatly relaxed. The most noteworthy thing is their thoughtful service. The bus tickets we booked for our trip were suspended due to heavy snow. The beautiful Chinese-speaking girl immediately contacted the taxi company to book a taxi for us after understanding the situation. While waiting for the taxi, the hotel decided to use their material vehicle to send us to Aso Station, which solved our urgent need. In general, Kurokawa Yumeng Longdan Hotel is very cost-effective, whether it is hot springs, accommodation or dining, it can bring a good experience. If I am lucky enough to come to Kurokawa again, I will definitely stay at their house, highly recommended."

"The hotel is remote, and you have to take a taxi to go to Kurokawa Naka. Apart from the remote and inconvenient location, the hotel environment is good, away from the hustle and bustle, and there are waterfalls nearby. The staff are friendly and can communicate in simple English. The kaiseki cuisine and breakfast at night are very rich and delicious! The hot spring next to the room is huge!"
