"We are family of three. Two adults and one child. We were given 2 single beds. My husband and child had to sleep on the floor. We couldn't put the beds together as it was fixed. Couldnt get another room as they were full.
The room was overdone. Two dressing tables , two big arm chairs, dining table & chairs etc., big spacious room but too many furniture making it uncomfortable.
When we informed the front office manager , he said it wont happen next time. Well, we are not too sure if qe wont to stay here though."

"I chose this place the night before I went to Horton Plain. The room was quite big and the toilets were tiles although simple but clean. Living feels very lifelike, like living in the countryside when I was a child, people around will say hello to you, even the puppies are happy. The homestay has prepared breakfast that can be brought."

"Especially good this place is perfect. In fact, I live in a villa, there is a housekeeper, especially good, and the food I eat is also very good. I lived for two days and drink the sea food soup every day. It was delicious and the room was especially clean. It was obvious that it was an old house, but it was really clean and it was very cheap. We two people, the appetizer, the soup, the staple food, and ate 155. The service is so good, the butler is very polite and gentle. Breakfast needs to be selected the night before. The butler also asked us if we need the menu of the main building there. He can get it back in 5 minutes, but I chose to eat here because I want to drink sea food soup. I will come out and ask what is the taste, delicious, really. I really like this place, quiet and fresh. Because I had to get up early in the Horton Plain, I told the butler the first day to take breakfast. It’s a great place to take a lot of photos, but unfortunately only 9 photos."

"The hotel is really a castle, a castle on the mountainside, the hotel manager is very cute and passionate. In the morning, the sun climbed up and opened the curtains. I felt so happy. I was the most beautiful in my life, but I woke up with my loved ones in the morning to get the first sunshine in the morning. In addition to all the hotels, the water pressure is relatively small, but it is much better than other hotels."

"Our stay in the villa yea fields was a real paradise.
It’s impossible to describe how peaceful it is, how relaxing and inspiring.
We have spent 2 most lovely days in this villa thanks to the genuine kindness of the hosts and villa’s situation. Located in the very middle of the tea fields, you can not get enough of this view.
Breakfast is very rich and carefully prepared, the room is spacious and clean. The hosts are the most wonderful people.
We even had a chance to have a private visit to the tea fields which was definitely the aim of our journey to Sri Lanka.
Highly recommend for your stay in the peace and unspoiled nature !"

"It is a bit far from the city center. It is a very British-style hotel. The small garden is beautifully trimmed, the room is clean, and there is a balcony. It faces the tea garden. "[Location] It's not in the center, it's on the mountainside. It looks like one to two kilometers away from the city, and it's better to be quiet.
In the afternoon, I felt a bit cold.
The English-style manor looks quite good overall, but it is estimated to be old and the rooms are average. Although warm, it is not good.
The dining experience is good, but the service charge is quite expensive. Dinner is a la carte and shows. I also sing a lot of Chinese songs ...

Jetwing’s small villa has only three rooms, a housekeeper, the room is very large, it also has heating, it is very english style, you can go to the jetwing hotel for dinner, walk 5-10 minutes, 10 minutes away from the pink post office, 30 minutes away from the tea factory taxi."

"Breakfast is normal! And I have one more child for breakfast for $20, too dark! Because the road to the store is small and poor, because my chartered car is difficult to drive up, I asked for a small three-wheeled road to the foot of the mountain (about 500 meters away) and also charged me the fare! Although the money is not more than three hundred rupees, it will feel bad!"

SSnow722Arriving in the afterglow of the setting sun, the two-story small building of this villa is quite suitable for couples or a family of four. Since our tour guide only accompanies us for one day, we solved the dinner problem before arriving at the destination. If you don’t prepare dinner, the waiter at the hotel will use tutu Drive customers down the mountain to eat. But we have to come back before ten o'clock in the evening. Opposite the hotel is the highest mountain in Sri Lanka. The sound of praying for blessing accompanies us to sleep and accompanies us to get up early and open the window to see the best mountain village in Lanka, surrounded by clouds and mist. Generally speaking, the focus is on the bathtub with a very good view. It is just the decoration because the temperature here is low and the hot water is not enough. It is not enough to take a bath. The hot water was gone as soon as I applied the shampoo. The whole process of shampooing my hair with ice water even though I felt super helpless. The first day of 2019 was very speechless. Breakfast was the bread ➕ eggs ➕ ham sausage delivered the night before. Make your own omelette. Ok

TTigerwindIt's said to be a British-style hotel, but it doesn't even have a garden. There's no hairdryer in the room, so I had to call to get one. There are relatively few breakfast varieties. The worst thing is the location and environment. There is a road just outside the hotel, and there is not even a place to walk. However, the hotel's service is warm, so I give it five points in this regard.

GGuest UserThe hotel is ok for folks passing through town. It has the feel of a B&B but the service of a hotel. Staff was friendly. The room was clean but dimly lit. The bedding had some stains and was a bit tattered. The temp got pretty cold at night but that is just a warning to anyone traveling in Nuwara Eliya and not a reflection on the hotel.
I saw some of the other rooms they had and those were much better. We stayed in the Rose room, which they said was the delux room, but the other rooms looked much nicer.
Breakfast was nice. This is a no frills hotel. Not luxury but still pretty good.

SSadiwalaPerfect location, right by the lake. The family was very kind and accommodating. I only stayed for one night but the dogs in the neighborhood could not stop barking all night. I couldn’t sleep at all. Maybe it was a one time thing but I was not very happy. Besides that, it’s a nice place.
