The home has a private walled-in courtyard behind the house with 2 outdoor showers and separate toilet room. At the rear of the courtyard is a private casita that has a queen bed and bathroom with shower, and this unit is also air conditioned. The community of expats that live in the area are all very welcoming and get together weekly for dinner at a local restaurant.
