"Pros:
* Excellent location, within walking distance of Saphan Lek.
* Good variety for breakfast.
Mixed/Neutral Points:
* The front desk staff were helpful, but during breakfast, staff members were often absent from their stations, requiring waits, for example, at the egg station.
* The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Cons:
* The shower temperature was incredibly difficult to regulate, constantly fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. Additionally, there were black mold stains in the bathroom.
* The room was very small and lacked soundproofing. We could constantly hear people walking past our door, which happened frequently due to the hotel's small, courtyard-style layout.
* The air conditioning was hard to control; it was either too warm or, once adjusted, became excessively cold with a strong, direct draft onto the bed.
* Both the gym and the library were extremely small."
