"Overall is good. We have a very good time here. All facilities and service are good. It seems the manpower not enough in every departments since checking in so many guest are waiting at the lobby and GSA are too busy to handle. After finish there’s only 1 bellman to take care of everyone to escort guest to the room by buggy but the luggages will come later.  The luggages come so late we go to the beach 10-20 mins and come back to the room and found that the luggage are in front of our room (what?). We have a good time the party at the beach in the evening. During breakfast, also not enough glasses and some delayed food but staffs are great."

"This is not a holiday for anyone who is not capable of walking. All of the rooms involve needing to go upstairs or walk for a while and there's not very even-footing available for those that can't walk very far. Even just to get into the lobby or into the restaurant you need to be able to walk upstairs a lot. When you first arrive they do give you a quick rundown of all of the facilities available and they supply a map. Then someone will escort you to your room via golf cart. The front desk staff are very informative and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are very quick but not particularly informative. The first time you walk in nobody explained how the buffet works. You should approach the staff and give them your punch card before you get food. The masseuse was excellent. This part of the resort actually has quite a few restaurants and shops and a pharmacy in the area which is different to a lot of the hotels in Khao lak, so that actually makes it much better than some other places where you would have to get a taxi into the town centre to see anything. The beach is beautiful and perfect for people that like to see little creatures as there are plenty of crabs around."

"The hotel was clean. The grounds are quite spacious. However, the actual beachfront belonging to the hotel is rather small. A big plus is that the hotel is located right on the beach, and their sun loungers are complimentary. Monitor lizards roam the property, which I found charming – they keep to themselves and don't bother anyone. Unfortunately, the room's shower had a damp smell. Breakfasts were standard fare; nothing particularly noteworthy."

"It's very good accomodation butnot far away from Taplamu pier. If you have your own transport is good.. If not it's a little difficult with taxi: grab, bolt and indrive is not working there. But you can ask the staffs to help to call taxi but before more than 20-30 minutes. The room condition are very good: good AC , comfortable mattress, hot water, drinking water, even fridge and TV."

Дом полностью оснащен всем необходимым (кондиционер, холодильник, душевые принадлежности, полотенца, чайник, посуда). Приятной неожиданностью был балкон-терраса с шикарным видом на горы, заросли пальм. Недалеко пляж, магазины, кафе, массаж. P. s. Дом разделен на два номера..каждый с отдельным входом ( кому важно). Также подходит для людей с ограниченными возможностями."

"Beautiful hotel located a few kilometers from Kao Lak resort. The hotel is 5 spacious, comfortable bungalows located in a well-maintained secluded area on the bank of a small river.Peace and quiet! To the beach and big stores it is far away on foot, you need a motorcycle to get there without any problems. But this is just our theme: privacy and motorcycle! You can go not only to the nearest beach, but also to the beaches of Kao Lak, walk the streets of the resort, visit the national park with waterfalls ... The design of the bungalows is a separate story. Each item of the interior is made by individual project and by our own hands. Our lodge was Mickey Mouse themed. Perfect cleanliness! Delicious and beautiful breakfast served on the terrace. And the most touching thing is the owners of this hotel, friendly, caring, involved. The impression that we came to visit relatives. We parted as friends) Thank you for your hospitality! Next time without a doubt only to you!"
