Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave packages at the doorstep. This includes but is not limited to: chairs, tables, tents, portable dance floors, bounce houses, wet slides, etc.***- Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company. On rare events, they have to go more than once. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out so they can perform their work. Their service typically takes 30 minutes or less.USE OF POOLThe use of the pool requires care and attention, especially with kids. The pool has a mesh cover for the isolation of the area to help prevent accidents. However, we reinforce that responsibility and all care must be taken by all guests. Below are some pool rules for YOUR safety: 1– Do not allow children in the pool area without adult supervision. Make sure, at least, one responsible adult is supervising the children at all times and is able to swim during the entire supervision of the children. Never let children swim in the pool alone.2 – The safety of your children depends on a on-duty adult supervision. The risk becomes greater when the child is younger than five years. Accidents can happen to anyone at any age, please always stay alert and aware.3 – NEVER jump or dive into the pool. Never enter the pool with planks or high ground.
