The 1300 sq foot 2 bedroom house is on 10.5 acres in the White Mountains. Each floor has something unique to offer. From the spacious kitchen to the cozy living room. You can rent a canoe or tube and float down the Saco river. Most all of the ski areas have activities like downhill mountain biking. Please try to keep doors and windows closed, do not leave food outside to prevent entry of unwanted critters. Also do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.* We are in the woods and the Internet may be slow at times. No gaming is possible due to internet and we recommend that you download any large content before you leave home.We also offer a smart TV! This is a cozy, rustic, lofted cabin with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). It is situated on a dirt road, in a quaint, private, family-friendly community. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with a wood-burning stove for cozy days/evenings by the fire. There is also a full-size washer and dryer located in the sunroom at the back of the cabin for your use. It is centrally located with easy access to popular Fryeburg Fair Grounds, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and a 10-minute walk to the association's private beach!
