This sweet little Cottage is the perfect spot for a couples getaway to the Lake, or a small gathering of friends. Terrific location, an easy walk to Breakwater Beach and the Strip, and a short drive to Spire and the wineries. This 500 square foot Cottage was built in the 1940's and originally stood in the historic Chestnut Grove, one of the area's first cottage encampments. We believe that the Cottage was moved to the current location in the late 1960s when the Lodge was built.Cottage #2 will comfortably house and sleep four guests. The bedroom is a nice size, and has a Queen bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, a dresser and a closet. We provide all bed linens!This cottage has a large living area, with a loveseat and a Queen pull out sofa bed. The living area and kitchen/dining area are an open floor plan with room to comfortably move around. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. It is fully appointed with cookware, dishes and silverware, and should provide you with what you need during your stay. You will also find a coffee and tea set up for your enjoyment during your visit.
