Come and enjoy this beautiful waterfront suite at the 38 MM on the west side of Lake of The Ozark’s. ( It is on the same property as my other VRBO Whiskey Barrel Bunkhouse) This is a one bedroom, one bath that sleeps six with a queen size bed and a hide a bed in the bedroom and a futon in the sunroom. It has great swimming in a no wake cove with lots of outdoor seating on and around a private martini deck. Enjoy the awesome sunsets from the mom-and-pop rockers on the side patio. Relax on the dock sitting area while taking in the cool breeze off the water. Take a soak in the private hot tub just outside the door off the martini deck and enjoy the Bear Bottoms Saturday night fireworks show. Fantastic views from every room and every outdoor area. Lakefront RecreationEnjoy the two paddle boards, two kayaks, paddle boat, floatie noodles, saddles and the 16-foot Lily Pad.Boat trailer parking is no problem. It has room on the side of our dock for a boat up to 40’. The boat dock with bumpers and tie-offs is free of charge with suite rental. The three-well dock is shared with the other rental and ourselves. A boat ramp is located in at 27 Lighthouse Marina Rd. 38MM Three minutes away. All roads are paved leading into our rental and boat ramp area. Interior AmenitiesSuite has a full kitchen and there is a gas grill on the deck. There are two televisions, (with Hulu and Netflix) two indoor sitting areas and one indoor dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee while working remote, (yes, we have Wi-Fi) There is 3/4 of an almost all level acre here, (no long steep stairs) with a gradual concrete walk to your private entrance. Other Fun Things To Do While You’re Here Come swim, fish, float, grill, cook, or visit all the favorite restaurants the west side has to offer. Make smores and hotdogs at the waters’ edge firepit. Bring your fishing pole, life jackets and gear. There is plenty of seating on the swim deck and around the dock. Enjoy quiet evening and morning walks with ease.Grocery, fuel, and fresh produce stand are right up the road. You don’t have to go far for just about anything you could need or want. I live on site above the rental and am usually on site to help with anything that you need. Please note that i do have two dogs and a cat on the premises in case you are allergic. The pets occasionally frequent the Suite during cleaning and maintenance but not regularly. This is a 860 sq ft one bedroom one bath that will sleep 6. ( It is on the same property as my other VRBO Cozy sunrise suite at waters edge ) on the 38 MM on the west side of Lake of the Ozarks. It has a Queen bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living area and two twin beds in the living area. It has an old west cowboy/1970s whiskey barrel furniture theme and is wheelchair accessable. It has great swimming in a no wake cove with plenty of seating on the dock and nice shaded outdoor area next to bunkhouse with firepit and a gas flat grill .Lakefront recreationEnjoy the two paddle boards, two kayaks, paddle boat, floatie noodles ,saddlesand the 16-foot lily pad.Boat trailer parking is no problem. Buy land bare bottoms and Captain Ron’s would be the closest and there are multiple restaurants like the branding iron right up the road.Pirates Point pontoon/jet ski rental by boat 1.5 miles away or roughly 10 min by land. The neat thing about the pontoon boat rental or JetSki’s is that our private dock will accommodate any pontoon that they rent most likely and you could just tie the JetSki’s.
