Located within 2 hours north of Miami and 2 hours south of Orlando, best of Florida's larger attractions.It is a 520 square feet guess suite with an independent entrance attached to the main house (where actual owners live at) with plenty of outdoor space for you to enjoy. The room has an open concept with a main area where a super comfy Queen side bed is plus a twin size sofa bed for an extra guess or kid.Guess will have access to basically all 5 acres of outdoor space where you can enjoy an relax with nature. We have available 2 adults and 1 kid size bicycles that you can use to ride around the calm and peaceful neighborhood at anytime. Also available a fire pit space, a hammock, zip line, patio with outdoor furniture and more for you to enjoy Florida's outdoor.Other things to note:PLEASE READ before choosing La Bougainvillea as your place to stay: We have 3 super friendly dogs in the premises and they will be super happy to see you and say hi to you, this is a 5 acre property and the dogs are usually running around the whole area, treats are always welcome for them. Remember this property is located in the country side of Palm City and even when we have a very good pest control, sometimes you can have an encounter with different critters and animals as coyotes, raccoons, snakes, chickens, hawks, lizards, armadillos, possums among other things.Because this is a Farm, the entrance to the property is through a double metal farm gate which have to open manually, we do not offer "Valet Parking" and we do not have an automatic/electric gate, it's not heavy or uncomfortable at all but you will have to get out of your vehicle to open the gates (it's just part of the farm life style).Our property runs on well water and even when we have an excellent 4 stages filtration system, there is sometimes an odor and/or color associated with this specially in raining season. We assure you the water is good and safe for drinking, cooking, bathing, and washing as per mentioned before it runs through a multistage filtration and softening system.Sorry but no smoking, no vaping and no weed allowed (thanks for understanding other guesses preferences).Even when we don't encourage it, if you are going to have another person staying with you (other than the max occupancy of 3 people) we will charge an extra $30 per person per night. Visitors are more than welcome all day long but overnight stay will result in extra fees. Thank you for understanding.We have within the property our own business which is an exclusive and private classic car restoration shop and sometimes noise and other vehicles can be heard or seen. Welcome to Casa Celeste. My home offers you a comfortable, tastefully decorated and well located ranch style home on a quiet street in Palm City. Within a quarter of a mile there is easy access to a boat ramp, located next to the rowing club. Beautiful Downtown Stuart on the water with many interesting shops and great restaurants is a 10 minute drive and the closest supermarket, only 5 minutes, Within 20 minutes you will find many beautiful beaches. I live only 10 minutes away and I am available to answer any questions upon your arrival. However, Casa Celeste is self entry with a digital entry code that I provide once you have reserved and fully paid for your rental. I will also send you a PDF attachment after you reserve with more details and answers to most questions.Casa Celeste has a welcoming open floor plan. You will enter into the living room, which leads into the dining area. The dining table seats six people with comfortable cushioned chairs. The dining area then opens directly into the well equipped kitchen. Beyond that is a separate laundry room with new washer and dryer, plus a drying rack and laundry bags for your convenience. From the dining area, sliding glass doors lead into an office/ bonus living room. This quiet area has an office desk for computer focus and a lovely seating area with a second television for adults to read and relax or for children to play or watch TV. At Casa Celeste the master bedroom with ensuite full bath is to the right upon entry into the home. There are two additional bedrooms with a full hall bath to the left side of the open living floor plan. All mattresses and pillows are new and very comfortable and I supply each bedroom with extra sheets, blankets and plenty of towels. The layout allows a family to have separate sleeping areas for the adults and children. The floor plan is also ideal for two or three couples to share the space and have privacy. I also supply plenty of beach towels and 4 nice beach chairs. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare wonderful meals. New dishes, a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender and a ninja. If you love to cook, there are fresh herbs growing just outside the back door from the bonus room. The rear yard is huge and completely fenced in, with a delightful private outside patio. On the patio is a charcoal grill, table and umbrella to seat four plus extra indoor/outdoor chairs. The fenced yard is ideal for exercising your well behaved dogs. Up to two dogs are welcome.
