This studio apartment has 2 rooms and 1 full bathroom. It’s in a very safe neighborhood (mid class, families, 400k homes) and it’s an extremely clean 300 sq ft studio apartment. With all rooms combined it would be the size of a nice hotel room for normal areas...or a really large space for New York City, LOL! Seriously though, it's just perfect for 2 people and it's not your average rental!
