Amenities include Nespresso machine, slow cooker, rice cooker, big sandwich press, hand blender, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and kettle plus all the cookware and tableware you could ever need.This home has a huge master bedroom with king bed, walk in robe, ensuite, 40 inch smart TV and reading chair, and side tables with 3 port charging cables.Bedroom 2 has a King bed, built in wardrobes, 40 inch smart TV, side tables with lamps and 3 port charging cables.Games room walls are adorned with 1×1m moon landing photos. These look amazing. There is a 3 seater leather lounge with 2 recliners, 60 inch tv. Nintendo with 30 installed games. PS2 with a host of games. Wii console with games and a balance fitness board.Included in this room is a Fuse ball table and air hockey table .A large study has a work desk and chair. Printer, paper and basic office consumables.There is a treadmill, yoga mat, yoga ball, free weights and massage roller. In addition we provide a few board games and some books.The Alfresco has a gas flat plate BBQ, 10 seater table and chairs.The yard has a 16m2 pebbled area with fire pit. 16m2 of astro turf. Outdoor shower and outdoor bath with hot water and it's own hand shower. The bath doubles as a water sports gear wash bay with drying room.Our garage has room for 2 cars and offers parking for 2 more cars in the driveway. There is also free street parking for cars and boats. EVs are welcome charge off the power point (please have vehicle outside while charging for safety).
