Shearwater Townhouse This 2 storey townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with additional toilet downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large ensuite including a corner spa bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the property has fully ducted air conditioning. Main bathroom is located upstairs with separate bath and shower.The laundry downstairs includes a washing machine and dryer. Access to the double lock up garage is via the laundry. The property includes fast Wifi, Chromecast enabled TV, a BBQ, 2 kayaks, board games, DVDs and other activities to keep you entertained on a rainy day. The property has it's own double garage with remote key access. NOTE - You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, bath mat and toiletries with you. Pillows, blankets and basic supplies (dish cloth, handwash, initial toilet rolls) are provided. Walk down the driveway and across the road and you are right on the waterfront. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at Double Island Point.
