The property is located directly across from a quiet and safe beach, which is excellent for sun bathing, water sports, and long walks. There is a panoramic, unobstructed view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea with its white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets. The villa is close to golfing and dining at the world-famous Sandy Lane Hotel. Nearby shopping is available in Holetown. Enter Graceville via the enclosed patio/sun room, you'll find stunning displays of art, and high ceilings… an exquisite décor with nothing to hinder the relaxed ambience. There is every convenience and amenity to make your stay pleasing, peaceful and unforgettable. Graceville is spacious; perfect for entertaining and having fun. The entire property is enclosed with gates making it safe for children to play outside. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (each bathroom has a hair-dryer). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and a personal safe for your valuables. Maid service provided twice weekly. The bed configuration is as follows: " Master bedroom - King size bed - sleeps two.
