"The hotel is conveniently located in Changchun city center, right by People's Square and next to Zhuozhan Luxury Shopping Mall, making the surrounding area quite bustling. It's a long-standing 5-star hotel, and I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Changchun. The front desk staff are exceptionally attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to them for the complimentary room upgrade! Both the public areas and our room were quite clean and tidy. Breakfast quality control needs strengthening. While there was a wide variety of options, none felt particularly refined, and the taste of most dishes was quite average, though the stewed sauerkraut was delicious. The doorman service also requires improvement. Staff were observed chatting amongst themselves, and there was no proactive door-opening service upon arrival, nor any basic welcoming greetings."

It is very close to Youshan Wuyue Plaza. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and the transportation is convenient. It is very comfortable to stay and I will come again"

"I chose this hotel for its location, just a few minutes south of Changchun Station. The decor has the sense of slightly faded grandeur, but that is part of the charm sometimes, right? All facilities and breakfast were fine for this price point. The main selling point is proximity to the train station."

"The bathroom carpet is a bit dirty, and you can pay more attention to cleaning when cleaning in the future. It was very quiet after closing the window. I have stayed for three nights. It is easy for me to sleep outside and sleep well. When the window is not closed, the voice of a little lively downstairs also feels very at ease and not noisy. The original room was under maintenance. After calling to discuss it, I helped upgrade to the silkworm bed. The balcony was very beautiful. I felt good when I got up in the morning. The store itself has a large room and the curtains in the twin room have better shading effect. The bedding is comfortable and really recommended. The picture shows a nearby stall barbecue, delicious."

"We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"1/ The room I was assigned was the last one, but there was no reminder on the booking page. I found out it was the last one when I arrived at the door of the room. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk did not remind me of the arrangement of the last room. It was uncomfortable to go up and down the stairs. There was a young man lying on the sofa next to the front desk. Can our front desk remind the guests? The quilt had holes in it, which was not good."

"This was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building. This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas. You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea."

The little brother at the front desk of the hotel has a super good service attitude, efficient and enthusiastic check-in, and can patiently answer questions when encountering problems, which makes people feel particularly warm. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was fresh and dry, the bathroom was disinfected thoroughly, and the living was particularly at ease. The location is even better, 5 minutes walk to Changchun Railway Station, too friendly for passengers who catch the bus! Within a few steps of going out is the subway station. It is super convenient to go to the city attractions or business districts. It is highly recommended to travel partners who need convenient transportation~"
