"خدمة الاستقبال حميمة جدا، ورقي في التعامل ومبتسمين على الدوام، كما أنهم يقدّمون الحقائب، الموقع قريب جدا من الحرم. الافطار متنوع، ويلبي جميع الاذواق. اما بالنسبة للغرف فهي نظيفة وبها جميع الاحتياجات، وتحتوي على مكتب استقبال يعمل على مدار الساعة، ومكتب استقبال يعمل على مدار الساعة، ويتميز الفندق بوجود خدمة المساج، بالاضافة الى وجود خدمة المساج، والموقع قريب من ساحة الحرم. يوجد رفوف للكتب في الطابق الأول من الفندق يمكنك اقتراضها من أخذها إلى غرفة الضيوف ، في الطابق 4 الفندق يوجد أيضاً غرفة للغسيل والكي الملابس ، المجفف شعر ، في راحة كبيرة ، وتشعر أنه في وقت المغادرة مناسب جدًا للمسافرين من رجال الأعمال والترفيه . الجو العام هادئ وأنيق ، وعزل الصوت جيد ، تأكد من النوم الجيد لليلة واحدة. بالمختصر كانت تجربة سكن فوق المتوقع وانصح بها بشدة لكل الزائرين الذين يبحثون عن اقامة ذات جودة عالية"
