The room is well decorated, relatively new, the room supplies are generally configured, the toilet paper is poor, the quilt is too thick, and it is too hot to sleep at night. Clean and hygienic is OK. The service should be praised, the boss is very polite, help with the luggage to the room. If you look at the price/performance ratio, it is quite cost-effective."

"Environment: The hotel is located in the Kanbula National Forest Park, very close to the scenic spots. The hotel environment is very nice. The third route to the Kanbula scenic spot has lost its panoramic view due to a building collapse, which is a shame. The scenic spot is originally quite beautiful, but not many people visit the entire area.
Service: The service was excellent and welcoming. We stayed for two nights, and the cleaning was immediately complete on the second night. Because there were fewer people staying, the breakfast selection was limited, but the staff were also very friendly.
Facilities: The weather during our stay in Kanbula was scorching hot, reaching 31°C. The room temperature should be even higher, but there was no air conditioning. This was a major drawback. I didn't get a good night's sleep during our two nights there. It was so hot that even the electric fan didn't help. I don't know how this can be improved. No air conditioning! The laundry room is also quite basic, which doesn't live up to the reputation of an international hotel. I hope this can be improved!"
