Pretty clean room and spacious. Good supply of toothbrushes, comb etc. Breakfast was limited as expected. AC worked as normal, which was important as it was 32 degree C outside. Only 1.4km from the famous water street, took around 20 mins to walk there. A few restaurants near the area, else nothing much to do except walking around the large park.

The dog came to the room and sniffed everywhere. I was still joking with my husband that there must have been a dog living here yesterday. When I asked later, it turned out to be true, but there was no smell at all or there were traces of dogs. If you don’t like dogs, don’t worry. Clean or smelly or something like that~
I was worried before that I would choose a place close to the tourist attractions, but it turned out that it was very close to Sansu Temple~

The room is just like the picture. It is very elegant and decorated. I particularly like the whole hotel environment. It is very hygienic and clean. I feel at ease when I check in. The hotel is next to Water Street and the surrounding area is convenient for transportation. The room is well soundproofed and the front desk service is good. I basically answer all requests. 酒店的位置相當便利！雖然不是絕對市中心，但交通非常方便，門口就有公交站，打車也很容易。去三蘇祠、東坡印象水街等主要景點和商圈路程都不遠。
特別值得一提的是，酒店所處的環境鬧中取靜。晚上休息時非常安靜沒有車流噪音干擾，保證了良好的睡眠質量。但同時，步行或短距離內就有便利店、小吃店和一些餐館，解決基本需求很方便。

This is my second time staying here. I like their facilities and services. I feel that their new door is very grand, which is an unexpected bonus. The air conditioning works very well. It is already very hot when it is turned on to 23 degrees. The breakfast is great value. There are yogurt, milk, soy milk, fried eggs, sweet potatoes, corn, buns, steamed buns, boiled eggs, fruits, stir-fried vegetables, noodles, etc. For a buffet of 18 yuan per person, there are too many choices. It is very practical. I hope they can maintain the quality and not increase the price.

When I called the day before, it was my birthday when I checked in that day, but I was embarrassed to tell her. Hahaha, I still said it. Later, Jayne told me: I will leave the surprise to her later, and I just need to wait when I check in. I am really looking forward to it. After checking in, I was led into the room. The surprise started from the first level. I was specially arranged a room with a good view. The colleagues in the guest room arranged a birthday surprise for me, as well as the welcome fruit in the room. The birthday cake sent to me by the colleagues in the restaurant later was really a surprise! I really felt so happy at that time! It was an experience beyond expectations. There was also a wonderful fireworks show at night. It was really great to look at it from my big balcony. There were many people in the evening activities, it was very lively, and Jayne was busy on stage at night. She was really versatile and hard-working. I wish her better and better. Such thoughtful service and thoughtfulness. I have stayed in many hotels. In comparison, it will make me feel the difference between parent-child hotels and multiculturalism. I played in various swimming pools for two days. The 5-year-old baby was super happy ^_^ / The room I booked is a family room. The room is large. There are three adults and a baby. I don’t want to separate the rooms. This room is just right. Two 1.35 beds plus a baby bed / Other situations: If there is water on the floor of the bathroom in the room, it is easy to slip. The elderly and children need to pay attention. The surrounding food is average, and there are not many choices. There is nothing to order for takeout. The supermarket is a bit far / The housekeeper Xiao Chen is a thumbs up. He is always there when you call him. Overall, the housekeeper is the most rewarding
