"The location is near Zhengrong Fortune Center and across from Ziguang Town, making transportation and food options very convenient. As I'm sensitive to smells, I noticed an odor upon entering my floor and room. Xiaoxiang, the front desk staff, patiently inquired about the cause and helped me change rooms. The concierge also proactively offered assistance on my way up. However, the floor service was very mediocre. I noticed an odor in my room twice, which felt like a poorly cleaned mop had been mopped across the stairwell and inside and outside the room. It smelled like vomit, which was a very unpleasant sensation. I felt nauseous in the hallway. Two women were busy with their own things nearby, acting as if they didn't notice me. Later, I moved to a different floor and needed a purifier. The attendant who brought it simply asked, ”Is it you who needs it?” I replied, ”Yes,” and she left without teaching me how to use it. Is this the kind of service you expect? Shouldn't they help me put the items in and turn it on? Fortunately, Xiaoxiang, the front desk staff, turned on the purifier for me when she brought the room card up. The room amenities are smart, with voice wake-up and voice-activated TVs. However, the cups in the room weren't cleaned properly, with a clear lip stain visible on the glass. We dined at the restaurant on the second floor. The crispy roast duck was delicious, but the abalone soup with olives was so tender it was practically inedible. The front desk service was excellent. They explained the odor during the day, and even in the evening, when I asked for travel tips, they were always available. We also had breakfast the next day, and the staff at the front desk were patient and helpful. The buffet was a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, offering hot dishes, croissants, a coffee machine, and fruit drinks. If you chose the laohua (a traditional Chinese dish), you could add gravy or sauce, as well as a side dish. My only suggestion: dental floss would have been helpful. Overall, the room service was lacking in awareness, and the staff were largely ineffective. More staff training is needed."

"This is our second stay at the Coli. It is very convenient for our needs, because our family lives near by(the hotel is not in central Fuzhou, if that is what you are looking for). It is close to many shops and restaurants and services, as well as a number of parks. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed,  had ample storage for our extended stay, and had a fridge and electric kettle( no microwave). We enjoyed the lovely 20 meter lap pool, well equipped gym, and  restaurant ( weekend buffet special and breakfast). The staff was courteous and  usually helpful. We did request a repair of the ventilation fan in the bathroom, but it did not happen. We stayed here during the month of March , when the temp varied a lot.  We were  too warm on a few nights,  and when we asked about making the room cooler, a fan was provided. I’m not sure why the AC wasn’t working-maybe it was too early in the season. We would stay here again! Great value for what would be a 4 star hotel in the US."

"I brought my kids to Fuzhou for the May Day holiday and arrived at the hotel late at night. Deputy Manager Zheng arranged a quiet room for me. Although the room was not on a very high floor, it was very quiet and had a good view. The hotel breakfast was also OK.
