1. We took the train for a day to the hotel at around 2 am. The front desk lady was sleeping. It should be noisy that she was sleeping and looked in a bad mood (we had a small voice, so we said that you would check in). Ask me my mobile phone number I have been very slow to tell her, and she asked my mobile phone number first, then you should be ready to lose in when asking me, ask me in advance, I told you you think I said it quickly, the most angry is that she is impatient to use her hometown to say ”white urgent”, I owe you? Show me your face
2. The sound insulation is not good, the construction is behind, there is no reminder that the construction will be noisy in the morning when you check in, check in at 2 am, wash and clean up about 3 o'clock to sleep, start around 7 o'clock in the morning... I didn't sleep well all night.
3. If the deposit is refunded and V is added, I will... speechless, tell me that the deposit cannot be refunded, just one sentence of your account is a bit abnormal and it is gone?
