"The room was nicely decorated and clean, with an overhead shower. A crib was available, but there was no bumper.
The front desk told us it was a twin room, and we went up together. They said the beds were joined. I looked at it and wondered why it was a queen. The front desk checked and said they were joined. I thought it was just too small, but when I got home that night, I realized it was just a 1.8-inch bed. Twin beds are 1.35 inches by 2 inches. Couldn't the front desk have known or not? With three children, we squeezed into a 1.8-inch bed all night and didn't sleep well. We were supposed to go to Jinsi Gorge the next day, but we were completely exhausted and had to go home.
The breakfast was extremely limited. I've never had such a bad hotel breakfast before, worse than a quick breakfast. Most of it was bread, with noodles, tofu pudding, spicy soup, eggs, sweet potatoes, chicken breast, duck breast, and drinks. The fried tofu in the rice noodles was moldy, and the sausage was smelly. There were guests smoking in the lobby, and no one was trying to stop them. The hallway smelled strange. While there wasn't a noticeable cigarette smell in the room, I could still smell it after staying there for a while. I wonder if it was cigarette smoke!
The lifeguard at the pool was even more ridiculous. He was either absent or on a lounge chair, playing with his phone! I had to look for someone to inflate the swimming ring, but after three rounds, I finally found the person responsible for registration at the door.
When I checked out, I told the front desk about the problem, and they offered us a 20% discount. It really made me laugh. You guys ruined my trip.
Oh, and I'm still a little confused. I already paid a security deposit on Ctrip, so why did they charge a 1,000 yuan deposit? I've stayed in hotels that cost 3,000 yuan a night, but I've never seen them charge so much."

"When I first checked into the hotel, I found that I couldn't turn on the air conditioning cooling function and could only rely on ventilation. The temperature outside was as high as 28 degrees, while the indoor temperature was always between 29-30 degrees. Therefore, I could only keep opening windows and doors for ventilation. Although the hotel provided an air-conditioning fan, it did not bring any coolness. I gave feedback to the front desk, but after some communication, I learned that the air conditioning was not a facility that the hotel could control independently. This involves the hotel's infrastructure setting, so as a guest, I can only accept the bill, because your air conditioning control reasons or my ”demand” is unreasonable? As an independently operated hotel, adjusting the air conditioning should be one of its basic functions, not a personalized demand. I spent 700 yuan to stay in the hotel for one night, but I didn't even have the right to enjoy the cold air of the air conditioner. This made me feel angry and helpless, how could I talk about comfort and warmth, so your so-called home culture of home-like guests is just a joke?"

"The room was a normal size, a light luxury option at 30+ square meters, but it didn't feel spacious. It had a smart toilet. The front desk offered a free upgrade, but the fourth floor was fully booked. Overall, the stay was not a good experience.
The pool had children's swimming lessons on weekends, so it was crowded in the afternoon. There were no lockers, towels, or toiletries. Considering it was a vacation, it was fine; it wasn't exactly a resort hotel.
The most unbearable thing was the lack of hot water for showering in the evening. While the tub was running hot, the showerhead wasn't. Once the tub was half full, the showerhead ran out of hot water. Fortunately, I didn't apply shampoo to my hair.
The next morning, I asked the front desk to change the towels. Normally, both the bath towels and the bath towels would be changed. Upon returning to the room, they only changed the bath towels. The other damp bath towels were left untouched.
The breakfast at a four-star hotel was inferior to that of a similarly priced budget chain hotel. For a 400 yuan per night hotel in Shangluo, there were no snacks, only a small amount of fruit, and no milk or bread. I was satisfied with the fried rice. There was a special hot and sour noodle dish, but it was average."

The guest rooms are spacious and equipped with independent balconies. Some room types offer quiet garden or mountain views. When checking in, you can also walk through the corridor to experience the courtyard landscape. The overall atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has complete facilities, including a spa, gym, tennis courts, etc. Free parking and Wi-Fi are also provided in public areas, which is suitable for self-driving tourists or business people to relax.
However, the breakfast experience has been repeatedly criticized. Although the hotel advertises that it has a rich breakfast variety, actual guests reported that the dishes were monotonous and in short supply, especially during peak hours (such as after 8 o'clock) where there might be ”leftovers”. One guest even mentioned that ”there was not much left when we arrived at 8:40”. The breakfast content was evaluated as ”not refined enough”, which was inconsistent with the hotel's four-star positioning, and the buffet at 30 yuan per person was not cost-effective.
