This stay at the resort was simply amazing! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the enthusiastic staff greeted us with a smile. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel staff were polite, attentive and warm. The housekeeper service was in place and the experience activities were carefully arranged. The room was warm and quiet. The decoration style was very distinctive. It cleverly incorporated the local cultural elements of the resort, making people feel both novel and comfortable. I booked the room in advance, but I didn't expect the temperature to drop sharply on the day of my trip. It was really suitable for hot springs! The room is not as big as I imagined, but the yard is quite large, with a cold water swimming pool and a small hot spring pool. If you come to play in the summer, the yard is very playable. The bathroom supplies in the room are quite good: Dyson hair dryer, French LE LABO (laboratory) toiletries. The hotel service is good, the staff are very friendly, and the housekeeper service is very thoughtful. The outdoor hot spring environment is very good, there are many pools, and the toiletries are: ACCA KAPPA white moss, which is great. I will go there next time!

There are not many hotel options in Yiling. It was my first time staying at Hanting Hotel and it felt pretty good.
The overall environment and facilities are OK, and the attitudes of the ladies at the front desk are very good👍. The navigation to the store entrance is a bit difficult to find...
When we first checked in, we stayed in a regular king-size room (Figure 1-3). Due to temporary hot water supply, we needed to pump water, and water kept pouring onto the parking awning outside the window, making it impossible to sleep properly. Fortunately, the front desk was smart enough to change our room (superior king-size bed room, Figures 4 and 5) so we could sleep peacefully.
p.s. There is only one general king-size room (not a superior king-size room) on each floor, and it is close to the elevator entrance, so it might be noisy? (We finally changed rooms and it wasn’t noisy)

This time I stayed at this hotel with friends, the location is good, the bus is convenient, and I don’t have to worry about eating and drinking around.
The front desk service was super intimate, the check-in was fast, and any questions were answered enthusiastically. The room was clean and bright, the bed was soft, the sleep was particularly relieved, the hot water was sufficient, and the bath was super comfortable. The facilities are complete, TV, air conditioning, WiFi are all easy to use, the network speed is levered, and the office brush is not stuck.
The price is affordable, the price is not to say, spend this money to live so comfortable, earn a lot! Come back later, recommend it to everyone!

I commend the ladies at the front desk for being very enthusiastic. However, the attitude of the security guard in the parking lot and the lady in the restaurant is extremely bad! ! It was as if I owed them money. I drove out in the morning because the license plate information recorded at the front desk had expired. I told the security uncle that I was staying in a hotel. I acted like I didn't hear anything and didn't lift the lever. I called the front desk and told the matter. We told him that the front desk asked him to help lift the pole, but he ignored him. We took the phone to the front desk and asked the front desk to explain to him. After hanging up the phone, he directly yelled at me: You have a mouth and you can't talk. What attitude? Please explain it well so that everyone can understand it. I had a very happy stay, but this incident was very unpleasant.
