The house is equipped with an A/C unit, but there are also multiple fans throughout the home, which create a cool, breezy and tropical environment.*Notice -Although the house does not have hot water, the showers have tepid water and are refreshing when returning from a hot or humid day.The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the closest bus terminal, and has easy access transportation to buses, taxis and ferries.Puntarenas can be hot, rainy and humid. And though we clean out drainages and fumigate regularly, please expect to run in to occasional outdoor pests like crickets, water bugs, lizards, geckos, ants and roaches, etc. They may attempt to enter the house through the patio (where the bathroom is located) so please be advised to keep the back windows and patio door closed as much as possible to avoid their presence in the casita.
