Great stay as expected Heathrow airport, we’ve been here before and chose to stay again travelling with family before the flight. The beds are comfortable, staff were nice. It’s just that the swimming pool was not heated enough (quite cold), steam room lack steam and jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time of our stay. Executive lounge was a good thing to have, really enjoyed the refreshments and evening canapés. Cheers

Good proximity to airport with shuttle service to airport at 6 GBP available for boarding every half hour. Room is spacious . standard check-out time 12:00 noon on the day of departure. They could offer complimentary late check-out until 13:00, subject to availability and confirmation with Reception on the day of departure. After 13:00, a charge of 15 per hour will apply until 16:00.

Check in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better. Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter. Fridge completely empty. 😢
