With a double bedroom, spacious shower room and open plan kitchen/lounge, there is plenty of space for one or two people.And the location is ideal for the growing number of quality local bars and restaurants, transport links to Manchester city centre (7 minutes by train), Stockport, 3 minutes by train, or anywhere in Greater Manchester via the M60 (<5 minutes drive from the apartment). In addition to the internal space, there is a small garden with lawned area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or let your dog stretch his legs. There are also several parks in close proximity to the property. There is no private parking, however the surrounding streets offer an abundance of unrestricted on-street parking.
