"A beautiful practical hotel that met our needs. The breakfast was filling and wholesome, kept us full all day! (It might have been nice to change up a little e.g having boiled eggs/ omelette instead of simple scrambled eggs, especially for those of us with a halal diet and therefore some limited options) everything was perfect in terms of room size, daily housekeeping, lovely toilet and shower. It would be nice to have an iron in the room, although perhaps if I had requested it, there might have been one I could use. Also would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room for a late night hot drink. But these are small suggestions for improvement, otherwise we had a wonderful, comfortable stay in the perfect location. I would return to this b&b as well as their other branches due to the exceptional care and hospitality!"

"Good location, not far from the train station and the pier. The room was clean and comfortable, one bedroom and one living room apartment. The reception staff was very enthusiastic and patient. Although it is written as a 4-diamond hotel, close to 2000 nights, it is actually an apartment, there is no front desk and no door. The hotel also wants to contact us in advance to inform us, but unlike airbin, you can contact us directly. After arriving, you need to call the boss to pick us up. Since there is no front desk, the luggage can be stored until 4 o'clock. Pay attention to the matters in advance. It's not a big problem."

"The sanitation is very clean, the service is very good, it is near the Como Lago train station and right by Lake Como. Room 43 has a balcony with a view of the lake and the road. Room 3 on the first floor is close to the lake (higher floors will be better).
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is very direct and very good. Olive oil and vinegar are delicious when dipped into vegetables."

"I chose this hotel after hesitating for a long time. I paid 50 Euro more to get a lake view room. Italian hotels are generally old. Although this one is older, the facilities and rooms feel relatively new. It was very comfortable to stay in and the breakfast was delicious. I can rest assured to book this hotel next time."

"The hotel is on the mountain by Lake Como. The process of driving up is really a test of technology. The roads in Italy are so narrow, all with W and Z-shaped. . Two cars transfer cars need you to return my concession. But the location of the hotel is very good, the view is wide, the scenery is superb, overlooking Lake Como is really beautiful, there is a swimming pool, it is good to live with children. There is no air-conditioning, it's too hot in summer..."

CCarolinaSousaTHE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️

LLeezzziThe soundproofing and bed are better than 99% of the hotels I have stayed in. Small details such as the coffee machine kettle is not clean enough, the TV remote control battery is insufficient, and it is easy to splash water when washing your face (the washbasin is a little short), but these are not enough to cover up the advantages. Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel.
This hotel has both the warmth of a family hotel and the quality of a group hotel.

GGuest Usermy wife and I visited the hotel during winter. It was not crowded and we were the only ones who had dinner at the hotel restaurant that night. The food is good.
what i want to stress the most is that the view from my lakeview room is stunning. i believe it has the best view out of all the hotels in Bellagio given its location and altitude. With the room, view and service we got, it is safe to say it has the greatest value for money out all my 9-day stay in Italy.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beautiful Como Cathedral and the charming old town. Our room was cozy and well-appointed, with an open and lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and varied, even with smoked salmon for breakfast, coffee was excellent. The staff was courteous and attentive, and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing vacation in Como!

Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .

1117535****I stayed there many times in the name of the company and it all felt good, so I booked it once by myself, but I was very disappointed.
We booked two rooms first, and then because we couldn’t find the second room with our passport names, we thought the last reservation was unsuccessful, so we immediately booked another room. After a minute or two, waiter A discovered the other room we had booked, so we asked for help during the communication. Cancel the room you just booked. I also called Ctrip, who helped communicate, and everything seemed to go smoothly.
But waiter B showed up and when he saw me, he immediately put on a mask and then said that he could not return the room because the reservation instructions required that the room could be returned 48 hours in advance. I just made a reservation about 5 minutes ago, and check-in is immediate. Where does it take 48 hours?
I have been traveling around here for ten years, and this is the first time I have encountered such poor service. I used to use local companies to book for me, but this is my first time booking by myself!
Finally, we were placed on the 0th floor. You can drive directly to the room at the door of the room. The sound of the air conditioner in the room could not be turned off.
I am deeply disappointed with the service of this hotel. Maybe this place is not suitable for Asians.

NNataliaThe stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel!
The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.

最寄りの駅はMOZZATE駅でSARONNO駅から2つ目です。MOZATTE駅からは1km徒歩15分程。かなりローカルで工業団地内にあるホテルで近隣にはレストランはなく、1-1.5km離れたところに複数レストランがあります。15－20分程度の徒歩が苦にならない方には、都会の喧騒からかけ離れた場所で、私は嫌いではありません。都会及びMXP空港近隣のホテルは全て値上がりし、昨今の円安で2万円声のホテルが多い中、1万円程度で朝食がついており、コストパフォーマンスは高いです。近隣の田舎町のピザ屋に2日連続で伺いました。初めて日本人が来たみたいで、写真を撮らせてほしいのとその写真をソーシャルメディアに上げたいとのことで、快諾した結果、ピザを1枚サービスで下さいました。都会ではスリとかぼったくりとか色々言われますが、片田舎では、人の温かさがとても癒されます。
10日程の欧州出張の半分ほどを超えたところで、こちらのホテルを利用しましたが、近隣に中華料理屋もあり、久しぶりにお米を食べれて安堵しました。
一方ホテルといえば、コストなりの評価ですが、1万円では多くを望めませんが、寝るだけなら十分と思います。ただ、朝食時以外は従業員は1人で回しており、客が重なったり、問題が発生すると対応は遅くなります。割り切って考え、都会の喧騒から逃れたい人は、利用価値はあると思います。

AAnonymous UserLocation: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this ”torre hotel”. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first.
Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit.
Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in .
Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and ”economic” version of ”torre hotel”. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep.
Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door 😂 this is the first time i felt so illegal 🥹 its freaking back door 🥲
Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs.
Staff: they all friendly, no worries.
Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.
