"We are a family of five who booked one double room and one triple room for 2 nights. Rooms are a little cramped, especially the triple room but the rooms, towels, bedsheets and toilets were clean. There are no partitions nor shower curtains, thus after every shower, we'd have to wipe dry the toilet seats. There was an air purifier machine in the triple room which worked well to clear the air in the room as there were no windows. The hair dryer in the triple room was faulty but was quickly replaced when reported. All of us rested well during our stay. Any minor inconveniences we experienced were more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Bee."

"On our way back to Kuala Lumpur from Genting, we deliberately took a detour to stay at this chateau hotel near Colmar Tropicale, and it turned out to be the most delightful 'chill-out' spot of our trip. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to Colmar Tropicale, and the surrounding trails are perfect for leisurely strolls, leaving us feeling completely refreshed by the end of the day. I must particularly rave about the dining! For dinner, I initially went for a creative set menu featuring dishes similar to 'raw-marinated, cooked-marinated' style, but unfortunately, the chef was off that day. We opted for two other options instead, and they were absolutely divine – the French onion soup was so rich I wished I could have another bowl, and the fries were the crispiest I've ever had, a true delight for those who appreciate details. The post-dinner dessert and mung bean soup also defied expectations; I've had countless versions of these, but the flavors here were the most satisfying and not at all cloying. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, and I ordered so many egg dishes that I was stuffed. The Malaysian sausages seemed to be made of pure meat, which gave them a fantastic texture. I highly recommend having all three meals at the hotel; relaxing with good food and drinks is the perfect vacation. The check-in service here also felt like 'royal treatment,' with the front desk staff giving us a guided tour and explanation of the entire chateau. It was thoughtful and thorough. Although the room wasn't large, it was cozy, quiet, and had an excellent view. We were upgraded to the top floor, despite it not being a high-rise building. This place is perfect for a honeymoon or simply a few days of relaxation. I would definitely visit again."

"We enjoyed our stay for the short 2 nights stay. Our room was upgraded to a suite room. The hotel is aged, and the toilet and bath were stained, due to lack of renewals. Breakfasts were basic but sufficient. The environment is green & beautiful. Choices for eateries were limited and a bit costly. The access to the Japanese Village was treacherous with steps to climb and not friendly to the elderly. It would be good if they offer buggy ride to the top regularly for the elderly."

"The Family Room was spacious, comfortably accommodating three adults without feeling cramped. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Bentong town, making it convenient to visit nearby tourist attractions and food spots. The room's overall cleanliness was acceptable, and basic facilities were provided. I recommend bringing your own towels for more convenience and peace of mind. Overall, considering the price, it offers good value for money."

"We stayed one night at Antara by Sleeping Lion Hotel, Genting Highlands with our family in a 2-bedroom suite, and overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The suite was spacious, modern and beautifully designed, with a warm and cosy ambience. The living area was comfortable for the family to relax together, and the dining area was a nice bonus. We especially loved the large windows and the relaxing mountain atmosphere of Genting Highlands. The room was also clean and well-maintained, and the two-bedroom layout was very convenient for a family as it gave everyone enough space and privacy. The interior design felt stylish and classy without being overly extravagant."

Staff were so friendly and check-in at 3pm was smooth. Cool weather, quiet, and only 13mins walk to Sky Avenue Complex. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Will definitely come back!"

"Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary. Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it. Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment. Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. It is a bit unacceptable for mobile phone users. If you want to surf the Internet, you have to stay in the lobby all the time. The water heater is not very powerful, and the water is cold when the temperature is turned to the maximum. Dining: Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. The green drink at dinner is very delicious. I drank seven or eight cups in total. I strongly recommend it."
