While in the room, the bed sheet & Blanket sheet have stained & some small hair in it. The aircon was not cool and the bathtub the holder was spoil if you need a quiet place don't choose here, the train station can be heard every morning, we are staying on the 18th floor. Every morning on top the floor will have some set up sound even at night time. 1 point is good is the staff was friendly & helpful. During the above mentions of the area, Thier will come to identify & change it

This trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent. For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ). Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed. Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in. In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.

Good service and the staffs are friendly! We got a 2-single bed room instead on the first day as they only left with one room, and we requested to change it, the next day they changed us to a king-bedroom. Clean and neat. Breakfast for the 4-day stay, but the variations are not so much, basic simple Asian food available though (nasi lemak, koay teow soup/mee soup), porridge, English breakfast, fruits). Hotel rooms are quiet too! Just the toilet paper is super thin hahahaha

Empire hotel is next to amenities, food and great shopping. The room facilities are old and run-down. Esp the toilet the faucet is leaking, the tap shakes as it’s not properly tightened and water from the shower (no door) gets splash to the other parts of toilet making it slippery.

I recently stayed at here and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable—everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, situated in a convenient area close to key attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. As for the amenities, they were top-notch, offering everything I needed, from a well-equipped gym to a relaxing spa. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a flawless experience. 5/5 across the board!

It is adjacent to sunway medical centwr. The space is comfortable and equipped with a full set of kitchen equipment including kitchen utensils. It was originally planned for short-term accommodation for accompanying patients or people who come from out of town to receive medical treatment. The breakfast is very light and is probably planned for patients. It is also possible that children are not accepted. For the purpose of rest and recuperation for residents. Generally speaking, it is very quiet and comfortable. However, the room I stayed in at that time had poor drainage. The water from the shower directly overflowed the drain hole and was discharged from the toilet drain hole. I contacted the front desk, but there was no improvement.

All in all, we don’t mind the Cons (listed below Overview, Pros & Cons) as we only stayed 1 night. So for those looking to stay longer nights, if you don’t mind the cons, you can consider as it is affordable for spacious rooms like this in Sunway City. Overview: 1. this is not managed by Sunway Property, its concept is like booking airbnb as each unit are owned by different owner, managed by a property management (not by Sunway). Residences of this property are also staying there. 2. The name of this place “Resorts Suites @ Bandar Sunway” was tagged as “hotel” in Trip.com, so this can be a bit misleading thinking that this is one of Sunway Properties’ hotel chain. 3. Its reception is at B1 of Sunway Pyramid Hotel, all levels are only accessible by card. 4. Good for stay if you are just looking for lower budget accommodation in Sunway City (for singles, solo travelers, etc), but wouldn’t recommend if are looking at cosy and clean rooms (for family with kids / elderly). 5. As it is a “house” unit itself, it comes with kitchen and some with balcony. Those with kids, need to take note of the balcony. Pro: 1. Attentive staff, very helpful and attend to our needs quite immediately. 2. Room is spacious, good enough for 3 (2+1) to sleep in (Deluxe) and if you opt for the bigger units, can zzz up to 6 pax. 3. Affordable room rates comparable to any of the Sunway hotels around this area. 4. For the unit we stayed in, water pressure is very strong, good bathing time, good flush and running tap is strong. 5. Our unit came with a bathtub but we didn’t use it. 6. 2 beds in our unit, both are king size. 7. Provided clean towels, disposal toothbrushes and shampoos/bath gels. 8. Provided mineral waters, and packet coffee/tea with cups and stirrer, and there’s water boiler too, if you need to use. 9. Aircon is working fine in both living hall and room. 10. Very spacious bathroom. 11. Quiet at night, so can sleep well. Cons: 1. Room furnitures are old and some are not well kept. Probably it’s the way how it’s being managed, so proper care is not given priority by the owner itself. 2. Room is dusty, has a lot of cob webs and also little bugs/ants. So take note especially around the bed area. 3. Bed sheets were just ok. Can be better as looks dusty and with light stains. 4. Curtains are old and dirty. 5. Tv channels only 2 channels. 6. Remote controls (tv and aircon) are dusty. 7. Has balcony but I don’t see that as a plus point as it can be hazardous for family with kids. 8. Door lock was loose, hence we got to change to another room as we have kid with us, so safety is priority to us. 9. Parking flat rate - I didn’t ask if they have flat rate, but may not be since it’s not under Sunway management directly. For us with child, our priority is always safety and cleanliness. So we will look for other options under Sunway Hotels if next time we intend to spend our nights in Sunway City.

There are 7 hotels near that area.. but i can see lavender inn located at the end of the corner and the hotel look more spacious compare to others such as , Rica Hotel, 9 Square Hotel, Summer Oscar Boutique... i stayed there for 2 nights ,overall the service and stay are ok... quiet..

The location is very convenient. It was situated in the same building as sunway mall. Easy access to mall. The room was very spacious and 2 big bed were provided. Easy communication with the agent.
