Their is a new wooden platform bed and super comfortable mattress. The Bed Frame is Cherry Wood with 2 drawers at the foot of the bed. We buy our mattresses from Donna at Island Furniture. She provides the same mattresses to the multi million dollar beach villa's. So you will sleep well. We removed the traditional closet and had a professional install an IKEA PAX Closet Organizer so you can unpack your suitcase and easily view your clothing and put in on a shelf, hanger or in a drawer, whichever your prefer. There is also a full length mirror in the bedroom by the closet organizer and a 2nd mirror in the bathroom above the vanity. There are lots of plugs so while one person is showering the other can be blow drying there hair in front of the full length mirror. There is a 3rd mirror by the sleeper sofa if there is a 3rd person. There is 1 Queen Bed with 2 drawers in the foot board and 1 Queen Sofa Bed. This a Studio Guest Cottage. So the Stanley Day Bed has been replaced by a luxurious slip cover queen sleeper sofa so you can relax on the sofa or use a TV tray to eat and watch your favorite show or post your photos on your laptop. A Smart TV is mounted in the corner up high so that you can watch it from the bedroom area and the living room area as well as the kitchen. We recommend keeping you cooler full of water & gatorade at minimum, with a bag of ice, so you can keep hydrated all day long & save money. They sell 24 & 32 size water bottles at IGA & Gatorade in many different sizes. They also sell Beer, Coolers, Alcohol, Wine & Spirits at the IGA, just not on Sunday. I recommend the Wine Cellar Store in between the IGA and Sweet Escape for better prices on Beer, Alcohol, Wine & Spirits. There is also a TCI Island Brewery who make Turks Head Beer and sell it for approx $33 for a case of 24. They also sell Rum for approx $14 for a 26er. However, I prefer the local Bambarra Rum that they sell at the Wine Cellar & IGA. It has a really nice flavour and they use it to make the Island's Amazing Rum Cake. They have two different sizes and they make great gift idea's. You can purchase them at FOTTAC in the Regent Plaza, at the Wine Cellar or the Departure Lounge at the PLS Airport. This beautiful 2 bedroom villa faces southwest overlooking the Cooper Jack Bay eBach area intercoastal waterway, a saltwater canal that leads to South Side Marina, Turtle Lake and the Caicos Banks. There is a 3 foot tide and the canal leads to the Caicos Banks. There are beautiful homes lining the canal and it is great exercise to paddle down to the Southside Marina & Cooper Jack Bay Beach. Find your own private beach at low tide in the shallows of the caicos banks. It is absolute paradise. The Villa has two garden door walkouts to the huge oversized deck without outdoor furniture and bbq grill. The deck overlooks the ocean and there is seating at the dockside patio. There is a ladder so you can get jump in and climb out. The water is nice and warm all year long. The Deck spans the full width of the villa (50 feet x 15 feet from the villa) It is a great place to relax day or night. I love listening to the crickets at night while enjoying the nights sky. There are so many stars and the moon is always clearly visible. The Sun sets on the canal, so if you grab a seat on the dock with nice cool drink you can enjoy an amazing sunset. The mature landscaping, gated entry, wrap around screened in porch, double hammock and dockside patio make it your private oasis. The property is 75 wide at the waterfront and it has a 2 tiered dock with a gorgeous retaining wall garden bed with palm trees and flowering shrubs. The dock has an outdoor shower, shore power and a upper level dockside patio with chaise lounge chairs looking down the canal to the west, the perfect spot at sunset . There is a 5 step ladder attached to the floating dock to make it easy for you to go swimming and get in and out easily. You can swim to our water trampoline and have bouncing and jumping in and out of the water. There is a ladder on the water trampoline and the canal is 9 feet deep with a sandy bottom. There is a 3 foot tide so the water level rises 3 feet and then drops 3 feet every 6 hours. That keeps our crystal clear ocean flowing in and out from the Caicos Bank and Turtle Lake 24/7. We have a floating seadoo dock which floats up and down 3 feet with the tide changing every 6 hours. The ebb & flow make a nice current to keep the water crystal clear. You can dive off the main dock, the floating seadoo dock or the water trampoline which has a slide. Relax & enjoy the lounge chairs at our dockside patio, float in the ocean in our water hammock or curl up with a book in the hammock under the coconut palm trees. STAR GAZING AT THE DOCKSDIE PATIO:At night stroll down to the canal and just lay down on one of the chaise loungers and enjoy the spectacular display of stars. Incredibly beautiful & clear.
