The villa is authentic and decorated in a relaxed modern beach feel. We have amazing, elevated views of the Flamingo Salina where there are flamingoes seen 50% of the year. This is a perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy complete privacy and peach and quiet. It has everything you want: pool, swim up bar, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, two outdoor dining areas, paddle boards, kayaks, an amazing living space to have a family dinner. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 1,100 ft² terrace, barbecue, mini bar, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, paddle tennis court, alarm, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, 10 fans, 4 smart flat screen TVs. In addition to the incredible views the house is perfectly positioned to get the best of the cooling breezes all year round. With a large pool, water slide and outside covered hammock and furniture Sunrise Ridge Villa is the perfect place to relax and soak in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Sunrise Ridge consists of 3 Bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms* Master with a Queen Bed, walk in closets, private balcony and large bathroom.* Queen Bed with full private bathroom and large outdoor shower* Large room with queen bed. This room also has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath.There is a large open plan dining room/living room adjacent to a gourmet kitchen which is full equipped with everything you need to prepare fantastic meals. This is not a typical vacation rental but a place we vacation in too and as a result is very well equipped. There is a 52 inch smart TV , with surround sound. The swimming pool is over 35 feet in length. It also has a nice large shallow part good for kids or just chilling in the water.Please note that every room in the house has a door that leads onto the central courtyard and you do have to go outside to go between rooms (except for the kitchen and dining room). It is the epitome of fresh air outside living! The pool is in the central courtyard and is not fenced off. As a result this property may be unsuitable for young children or children who cannot swim.Please note : A/C use is generally not needed since we have such great breezes. If you do need to use a/c it is metered and charged at the same rate we pay the utility company.Located just off Ocean Drive it is a quiet, safe neighborhood of beautiful homes and open spaces.
