Our 1 level home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms with plenty of accommodations for max of 6 adults.It is easily accessed by paved roads, and has plenty of parking (3+ cars) which includes a covered car port. Along with the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, the house has a spacious & comfy Living room, and great sized Kitchen & Dining areas. It is located in the gorgeous Bollinger Cove of Lake of the Ozarks. It is at the mile marker 44 and has over 150 feet of deep water lake front, giving it beautiful views in the quiet cove. Please let us know if you’re going to bring your water toys -- Enjoy the new 2 slip dock. 12 X 34 covered slip available for your water toys. Huge swim platform. A Community boat launch is less than a 1/4 mile away .Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee & listen to the birds and other wildlife on the decks that can be accessed via either side of the house. When the coffee is gone, enjoy the lake from either the New 2 slip 60 X 38 Dock, Large swim Platform and shaded area in front of the dock Bar or the smaller swim platform. Water flotation toys and safety/life vests are NOT provided, please bring some with you to enjoy your time in the lake.
