This new home was rebuilt as an investment property, and thought this would make a perfect family vacation rental due to it's location being so conveniently located near downtown and Cole Park, where there are several great events held. This would also make a great home for individuals coming in for meetings or training since we are conveniently located close to Adams State University and the San Luis Valley Regional Medical Center.
