Linwood Beach Marina and Campground is six hundred yards from the home which has four launches, boat / bait / party store and gas.The city of Linwood has three restaurants, two bars and a party store, two of the restaurants / bars are about a half mile away. Franks Great Outdoors is a short drive away. Completely shut off from main home into your very own private water side suite! Two exterior doors face Lake Huron with a wrap-around cedar deck to relax & watch the sunrise or use the seawall stairs (4) to walk down into the water! *Note: Water levels reached record high (2020) but are quickly decreasing. Our beach is returning @rapid rate as of April 2025!Use our beautiful Bay City State Park to launch/anchor/moor YOUR boat right in front of the suite (our home). Or use snowmobile to glide onto the ICE to fish!
