This property consists of a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, a 2 bedroom 1 bath guest cottage, and a bunk house. It has a large yard and is a short walk to the best beach on the island! Allbuildings have central air conditioning and are fully winterized for off season use. Sheets and towels are at the house, guests must wash/drying them prior to check out. Sleeps up to 12.There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 washer/dryers, outdoor furniture, 2 gas grills, and a large yard for entertaining. The location is top notch as you can hear the waves from the beach at night, Andy's Way is within a 1/2 mile, and you can walk to the North Light House. Town is a few minutes drive away.What makes this beach property wonderful is that it is only a 1/4 mile walk to sandy and beautiful Mansion Beach.
